Environment: The hotel has a unique environment. The architectural style and arrangement are very unique. There are a lot of plants in the public area and they are very well maintained. The hotel can book airport transfers and volcano day tours. We went directly from Surabaya to the hotel, then to Bromo, and then to Surabaya Airport to fly to Bali. In addition to climbing some stairs to reach the room by yourself, the view is very good and I personally feel it is worth it. In addition, I am very grateful to the manager of the hotel. After learning that our Bromo itinerary was a bit unpleasant, he entertained us very warmly, asked about our flight situation, and took the initiative to let us check out later, and gave us hot chocolate. To some extent, it also gave us emotional value, which was really shocking.

The hotel is beautiful both indoors and outdoors, especially the flowers in the courtyard, which look like they have been carefully maintained. It's a pity that I only stayed here for one day and didn't have time to wander around. It is very convenient that the restaurant is open all day, and breakfast and afternoon tea are all outdoors, which is very pleasant. I also booked a sunrise breakfast, where I could sit down and drink hot tea while watching the sunrise. The staff were very patient and friendly. There was really nothing I was dissatisfied with. The only thing that needs to be noted is that it is wrong that the hotel is 1.5 hours from the airport. It usually takes 2.5 hours. Please pay attention to the time arrangement.
