Mam dwie uwagi. Po pierwsze klimatyzacja sterowana centralnie to chyba największa wada Hotelu. Raz ustawiona temperatura musi zadowolić wszystkich gości. Nie można regulować temperatury w pokoju indywidualnie. Po drugie dodam, że rezerwowałem pokój przez Travelist. W opisie pokoju jest informacje, że jest to ”pokój 2-osobowy DBL/TWN Comfort Klimatyzowany pokój z 1 łóżkiem podwójnym lub 2 pojedynczymi. Pow. ok. 18 m2”. Należy zaznaczyć, że jest to oferta bezzwrotna. Po zakupie w uwagach dopisałem , że poproszę o pokój z jednym dużym łóżkiem. Po godzinie otrzymałem informacje z Hotelu, że nie mogą spełnić mojej prośby ponieważ rezerwacje przez Travelist realizowane są tylko w pokojach z pojedynczymi łózkami. Uważam, że takie działanie jest oszukańce w stosunku do klienta. Jeśli na stronie opisu znajdowałaby się informacja, że rezerwacje przez travelist dotyczą tylko pokoi z pojedynczymi łóżkami mógłby sam zdecydować czy chcę taki pokój wynająć a w tej sytuacji niejako Hotel zmusił mnie do takiego pokoju, gdybym wiedział, że będą to łózka pojedyncze to zdecydowałbym się inny Hotel.

The business trip was close, so the company gave me a budget for the accommodation. I had to find a accommodation in the center of Torunia, so the hotel ”Filmar” I chose without hesitation. What attracted me from the beginning was a nice service - no exception! (I think) Your manager is sincerely smiled. It is the best incentive for re-arriving! The hotel has an amazing cleanliness - for ”Filma”, as you can see, it is obvious! When I asked for iron, I was waiting for me when I was in the room! Breakfasts here are not all, eggs, strawberries, cheeses! Many hotel restaurants also offer: shrimp, bakkels, poultry liver... The kitchen boss will take care of every lift, and this is of great importance to me!

Hotel Eter was a totally hidden gem of an accommodation located adjacent to the medieval town. Admittedly, we spent a bit more for one of their better rooms, but it was a very good decision. Our room was large with a nice bathroom, very private and modern. If there was a downside, then it was that there was no elevator access like in other parts of the hotel. The optional breakfast buffet for an additional charge was excellent. Service throughout the hotel from front desk to food service was always exceptional. We would return to Hotel Eter in a heartbeat, have dinner in their restaurant and even request the more expensive room again.

The location of the hotel is good, you can walk 500 meters to reach the old town. It is only 12 minutes' drive from the railway station. You can ask the front desk to help you book a taxi. The room is large enough, but unfortunately, as the previous occupants said, there is no shower curtain and no floor drain, and the water is kept until the next day for cleaning. . . .

Moderno edificio de apartamentos a unos minutos del centro de Torun. Muy bien equipados; con detalles a la entrada (agua, galletas, café…) se complementa con una buena cafetería-snack donde poder desayunar e incluso comer/cenar de forma informal. La única pega que encontré es la ausencia de ventana para aireación. Supongo que se renovará el aire por medio de la climatización. Por otro lado, la tarifa se infló a más del doble de lo habitual con motivo del evento deportivo al que fuimos.

This excellent, great value and well located hotel and restaurant is perfect for seeing Torun Stare miasto. Located on the edge of town by the river all attractions are within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is spread over two buildings, with clean accessible rooms, guest areas and restaurant. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Bedrooms were inviting, modern mixed with the old style building. Kettle, gingerbread and soaps available with access to minibar (chargeable). Reasonable on site parking (chargeable). Excellent price for the quality and will be staying here again.
