Hotel from the comunist era. Staff was nice, breakfast rather poor, so are the rooms, outdated and not up to 4 stars standard. You get what you pay for, it’s pretty cheap :)

The hotel is clean and tidy. Although the bathroom is not big, it has everything you need. It is rare to encounter one that separates shampoo and shower gel, and also provides body lotion, which makes you feel at home. If you Stop Over over in Torun to visit this outstanding town, the Mercure hotel is a good option. The room and the comfort are almost the same good standard of any Mercure in Europe, breakfast okay and inside parking available. But the real plus is that is very close to the city center and easily you can go everywhere being at walking distance. Enjoy your stay here !

Okay hotel and very polite staff. Quite a good location, 5 minutes walk to the old town and public transport. Not much to complain about, although the hotel would need a little renovation. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of choices.
