We stayed two nights. The property was very well-maintained from the outside, as were the lobby and common areas. The room, however, is showing signs of age, especially the bathroom, with a very damaged shower, containing limescale, mold, and rust. The shower would flood after a shower because it wasn't properly sealed. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. The room, however, was nice and comfortable, with a mini-fridge and a large balcony. Breakfast was varied. The location was convenient for the nearby beach. Dinner wasn't too pretentious, but I'd try the first courses again. The staff was very friendly. With a few tweaks and more attention, it would deserve the current four-star rating, which I can't confirm.

Very good hotel, quiet, impeccable service, impeccable cleanliness, great breakfast, very friendly and attentive staff, parasol and deckchair on a great beach! Bravo! Small downside the parking lot is a bit small and paid. Recommended if you come to Tortoretto Lido

In Tortoreto, they're consistent: last year I stayed in a three-star hotel that was worth two stars, this year in a four-star hotel that's barely worth three. The rooms are small, the beds uncomfortable, the windows lack blinds (only blackout curtains), and the breakfast is subpar despite the variety on the buffet: so-so desserts, coffee from the vending machine (horror!!!), and watered-down juices. The restaurant is barely adequate, but half-board is only available for dinner (not indicated when booking, and no alternative was offered for those who wanted lunch, and no willingness to find an alternative. The result: one day when we were guests for dinner, we had to skip the meal we had already paid for). Furthermore, the price doesn't even include water. Furthermore, there are very few spaces in the paid garage (€15 per day) and it's difficult to find parking outside. The only positive aspect is the beach, which is beautiful and well-equipped. Highly discouraged.

A welcoming and clean hotel. New, colorful furnishings, functional rooms with spacious bathrooms stocked with everything you need: soap, shower caps, makeup, and sewing supplies. Air-conditioned rooms also feature a comfortable terrace where you can hang out your wet swimsuits and towels. The sweet and savory breakfast is excellent, including gluten-free options. Bike rentals are available for just €10 per day. Our partner beach club, Santa Fe, is top-notch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Very clean hotel, we had a great time, from the cleanliness of the room to the lunch and dinner service. Everyone was very friendly, including the housekeepers, who were always very kind and helpful. I recommend it. We will definitely be back. The property is located just a few meters from the sea, a five-minute walk away.

Consigliatissimo.
