Wow just wow . What a truly magical place to get away for a few days . We absolutely loved our visit to Lupai. 12 rooms so you are never far from a cosy place to relax and have solitude if that’s what you desire. The rooms are gorgeous, the food is out of this world , the relaxed vibe with the open kitchen , all of it superb. Then there is the staff . Never interfering but just on hand . Special people all of them. Big shout out to Roberta and Christine two lovely humans . The perfect place to explore Pienza , Montelpuciano and the Val dorcia but perfect place to also cuddle up with a book and do nothing. Thank you Lupai we will be back.

Absolutely perfect place. Exceptional service, food and rooms with a different 4 course menu every dinner. I've stayed at a lot of nice hotels but Lupaia has to be my all time favourite. The team is truly fantastic.

Lupaia is a DREAM!!!! What a magical place. The people are so kind and helpful, grounds and rooms were amazing and food was incredible!!! They were wonderful with our two kids - having special surprises for them in the room. We had the best trip and would definitely come again!!!

My husband, my baby girl and I spent our honeymoon at the Lupaia Hotel. We thought it will be amazing, but it was even better.... We had the best holiday ever and made unforgettable memories. The cooking class with Michael was so much fun, the service team was the best, and all the people in the background were amazing. Even if the team has many guests all the time, they made us feel special and we are so grateful for this holiday. Our baby girl turned 1 during our trip and we got a cake and balloons and a birthday card, thank you so much again for making her birthday special! Can´t wait to come back and see Roberta and the team again! Thank you so so much.... ＜3 Much love from Munich

Beautiful isolated place, very nice rooms, food is good but not”woow”. We had an issue with hot water and pressure. It was fixed one day after with no thought of compensation as one should expect.

Lupaia is absolutely magical. There are not many places where every corner of the hotel has a different and equally stunning view. The staff are attentive, polite and will do anything for you, also noting very knowledgable. The WhatsApp concierge is also a nice touch. The food and tasting menu is outstanding with each dish thoughtfully prepared whilst willing to accommodate a dislike or dietary preference. THANK YOU LUPAIA

This is the most idyllic place we have stayed at. It is a boutique hotel that is also a retreat. The views are genuinely stunning and the hotel has managed to combine an authentic rustic informality with the highest standards of service, dining and accommodation. The staff are attentive to your every need and work hard to deliver a friendly, relaxed and respectful standard of service. They really have thought of everything. A welcome glass of prosecco on arrival and a thoughtful parting gift on departure bookended what was a dreamlike break. The only word of caution would be to drivers who need to brave the somewhat adventurous 3.5km narrow unfinished track leading to the hotel !

Best hotel. Will be returning every year. Absolutely flawless. Staff/food/pool/location/room/activities/style - all of it waa perfect. It was hard to leave.
