The staff is outstanding! They wear many different hats and do an excellent job. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and they took very good care of all who I attended meetings with! Beau, the manager in training was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would recommend the stay.

In the hallways, it is especially obvious that the hotel is undergoing extensive renovation. It did not, however, disturb our sleep-- and we are most definitely not early risers! The bed in our room was a bit saggy, and not up to the usual IHG standard. Even worse, the toilet was so low that I had a very difficult time getting off of it (the usual bad back issues of the elderly). The room did have a microwave and mini-frig, the latter without a freezer element. The staff was nice enough to store our dry ice overnight in one of their freezers. We always appreciate the gesture. Breakfast was mid-range standard, and there is a very nice indoor pool and hot tub on the premises. The temperatures were just about ideal in both, and we put them to good use. Staff told us that new toilets are part of the renovation plan. This would certainly influence any decision on our part to stay here again in the future.
