Clerk was rude, facility was VERY old and run down. Rate was twice what it was worth. GO DOWN the road 12 miles to Waterbury!!

It was ok; our daughter found hairs on her blanket that were not hers. We had a stink bug under ours. Sheets didn’t look clean but smelled like bleach so that was ok. Great for an emergency stay but not a relaxing one. The clerks/ managers were fantastic!

Tv was horrible hard to hear. Place was old and run down. Room not stocked with tissue. No plug in bathroom sink. . Ice machine broken. Simple things like cover of coffee didn’t fit. Very small continental breakfast.

I understand budget but sheesh… Hot water wasn’t. HVAC unit was falling apart. Fitness center was closed. The breakfast was stale bread, 3 bulk cereals and the same mini blueberry muffins as the day I got there and warm coffee.

Very dated, basic, unwelcoming; unpleasant smell in room. Lobby restroom was out of order. Heat from wall unit went up billowing curtains. "Blanket" was empty duvet cover; went to lobby to request blankets, after 45 mintes returned to lobby to request again. 2 well worn (one with burn hole) were brought to room after appx 5 minutes. Good hot water.

felt unsafe as there was daylight under the door, a rat or snake could of gotten in the room. Because of that you could hear alot of outside noise, our second room was full of spiders so my daughters moced to a different room. We move out after the first nite because of these issues. Asked for a refund and we were denied so forfieted $. Would definetly recommend against staying ther. Would like to get a return of my $ I spent for two rooms.

The hotel is old, run down and overpriced. Staff was pleasant but beyond that the rooms were dirty with spots on the pillow cases, linens and towels. I spilled some drink on the floor and when I dabbed it up with a paper towel it was black with dirt from the carpet. Needs a paint job as well. No elevator. Breakfast as minimal as possible. Look for a better place.

Not clean enough to stay in The person at the desk was helpful but seemed annoyed. No problem but then I found my room and there was hair on the pillows, greasy fingerprints all over the microwave and fridge and the window was truly filthy. I didn't feel like dealing with the desk guy again and it was just too dirty for me so I left my key in the room and went home.

it was ok but i saw a big dead bug on the floor i have no idea what kind it was. also needs better lighting, had no bathroom paper at all thank god i had wipes in my bag. sheets needed to be cleaned had red marks on it.
