Quiet location with a great view of the lake. Carlotta and her team provide very personal and familial service. Breakfast is very good and plentiful by Italian standards. The restaurant offers great, original cuisine. Rooms are not huge but have everything you need. Free garage in the building.

Nice room, also pool and restaurant service. Flaws? Some cobwebs in the room. And the biggest: the owner. Rude. Grumpy. Unprofessional. We made an observation during the payment phase, at breakfast it was freezing because they insisted on keeping the windows all open with 12º outside and wind. I understand very well that for those who had breakfast outside on the terrace, by choice, they have to go in to get things and that due to Covid it is necessary to ventilate, but certainly not to keep almost 6 meters of glass open and make those eating inside freeze (we weren't the only ones complaining about the cold). After pointing this out to her kindly and asking her to give a discount of just €3 for this, she immediately got nervous. Shortly before, he had also offered us a bottle of white wine as a gift and for this remark he took it back as if as punishment. An epochal fall in style. It certainly doesn't change my life for a bottle of wine, but it's the gesture that makes you understand what a touchy person he is. I asked her if it was a punishment for an observation made with kindness and also as advice and... if I had never done it, she got even more heated. She concluded with the phrase “the customer is always right”, and in fact it is true, but she was not able to prove it. In conclusion he has lost two customers and if he continues like this, he will lose more. This isn't how the hotel world works, I've worked there for years and it's certainly not how it's done!

It was our first time here.. Nice and welcoming environment. We booked a Junior suite room with pool view.. Spectacular.. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to relax and unplug. The pool is not large, but for the space it had it was just right. In the same garden there was also a wonderful jacuzzi. The room was large and spacious and very well looked after down to the smallest details. We also used the restaurant to dine in the hotel itself. I recommend that too, excellent and plentiful food. Excellent quality and price. We will definitely return

We stayed in the vintage rooms, at a reduced price, while the more modern ones have a balcony and a lake view. The bathroom was nice and large and equipped with an equally large window (much appreciated). The town bell tower was a bit annoying with the bell ringing every half hour. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off after a day of walking. The owner Carlotta is very courteous and helpful.
