I stayed two nights in this complex and I had a great time ... clean hotel and friendly staff, excellent breakfast!!! A stone's throw from Ago and Rita where we were supposed to celebrate a birthday ... modest-sized pool but splendid days ... EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

Hotel directly facing the lake in a magnificent position with the sunset in front...this is a dream! And also the silence and tranquility of the hotel with olive trees and swimming pool that descend towards the lake the lake is across the road and can be reached by crossing the Gardesana the water is always very clean because we are in the upper part of Garda the hotel is a 4 star by name but given the price you certainly cannot expect luxury treatment, you have to settle! I have read ungenerous reviews, if you pay like this you cannot expect a dream structure! very positive aspect the kindness of the staff who are very busy even if they certainly lack an eye for cleanliness we go there to pick up take-away pizzas which are truly excellent to try incredibly good and then we eat them on the beach in front of the sunset...a poem

Very bad experience in this hotel! Breakfast with packaged sweet products and canteen dinners. The balcony full of spiders on the roof. For four days we walked up the stairs and a huge dead cockroach was always there...maybe they don't clean them. The cleaning lady sprayed a can of very strong perfume on the bed and in the bathroom, jamming the sheets and having a gas chamber effect. To swim in the lake you have to walk because there are only large rocks nearby and the lake is inaccessible. The only positive notes are the lake view and the kindness of the guys at the bar and restaurant. Highly not recommended for those who expect a four star or even a two star!!!! Oh ... the bed is made of marble!

Better not check in here!!! 4 stars, where from?, probably bought, any 2 star hotel is better. But first of all, the staff are super friendly but that's all the positives. The hotel was built in the 70s, in need of renovation, the hairdryer's electricity in the room was questionable, they would take it out of service in our case, the heating in the bathroom was on full blast, when we asked it was turned off immediately by the lady at reception, in the basement!, as all the controls in the bathroom are missing, it is still dripping from the connections, and judging by the limescale stains, and not just since yesterday. A disaster, the breakfast is in line with the price of the 2-3 tour buses that arrive here every day, cheapest sausage and cheese, the baked goods in the bottom drawers are inedible, at best serve as duck food by the lake, even the fried eggs were cold this morning. There were no fresh tomatoes, cucumbers or olives, which would be typical of Italy. Fresh fruit was sparse, instead a wide selection of canned fruit with sugar. As I said, it was stuck in the 70s. It was the worst hotel we had in our almost 3-week motorcycle trip. The hotel deserves a maximum of one star for the staff. Everything else, including the loungers by the pool and the pool itself, should be replaced/renovated. Oh, and the food, once eaten, won't happen again and is the menu extensive? See photos

I was there at the end of August and I had a great time, both for the location of the hotel, for the services, cleanliness and above all the friendliness and helpfulness of the bar and restaurant staff, always ready to satisfy every request, and compliments to the chef!

Choose another place. The rooms are long overdue for renovations, the showers are poorly clean. We were a group of 12 and they didn't want us to eat lunch at nearby tables, they put us at tables at each corner of the dining room, it's pretty ordinary. The pool was clean.
