I booked on behalf of my mother and father as they were travelling around Italy for Mothers 60th. Firstly, I would like to say that even though I did not attend the visit the hotel was extremely helpful and easy to speak to when organising. Following up with my parents visit they was so overwhelmed by their visit... Pleasant people so kind and helpful, spectacular view from the room, parking was accessible and not taxing, Breakfast was a nice spread, the hotel has lots of character. All nearby amenities where in walking distance as well as eateries. They advised me that they would most definitely return to Hotel Menapace, and they wish them enormous success for the future.

Balcony view of lake Garda already exceeded my expectations. Not to mention, the room was immaculate and modern. Pai is a quiet town that has a relaxed vibe with a few restaurants all within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was a perfect stay for a couple and I would recommend this to any couples or family exploring lake Garda. The staff were super friendly and offer free paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas to use for the pebble beaches literally a stones throw away. I Would stay again without question!

Inizialmente si é verificato un errore: la prenotazione prevedeva una camera vista lago, ma poco prima del nostro arrivo pareva non fosse possibile evadere la nostra richiesta. Devo dire che abbiamo un po’ insistito, ma l’hotel si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto la nostra camera e la colazione offerta per il disagio iniziale. Davvero molto professionali e attenti. Loro lo sapranno leggendo la mia recensione, ma io sono una docente in un istituto alberghiero e questo è il modo corretto di lavorare.

Premetto che non volevo assolutamente fare una recensione per questo hotel anche perchè quello che avevo da dire l'ho detto direttamente al proprietario, ma dopo che ho ritrovato lo scontrino della cena non ho resistito ed ho dovuto scrivere questa recensione. All'arrivo in hotel dopo una cortese discussione con il proprietario sulla camera prenotata, io sono ancora convinto di aver prenotato direttamente in struttura una camera vista lago pagando anche qualcosa in più, mi sono ritrovato in una camera vista muro, vedi foto e un bagno che uno con la mia stazza quasi 100kg fa veramente fatica ad entrarci, il bagno misura 160cm x 140cm senza bidet naturalmente...(vedi foto) pazienza anche per la ragnatela che svolazzava felice fra lo split e la tenda (vedi foto) e pazienza anche per il bagno per il quale meriterebbe un premio particolare per le dimensioni mai viste in nessun hotel in cui ho soggiornato...ma la grande figuraccia a mio avviso fatta dal gestore è stata quella di aver aggiunto al conto (vedi foto) della cena anche i due prosecchi che la cameriera molto gentilmente e senza che nessuno le avesse chiesto nulla, ci aveva portato con un piccolo entrèe dicendo che erano offerti dalla casa perchè era il compleanno di mia moglie. Io spero solo che sia stata una "svista" e che non capiti più a nessuno e voglio pensare che il gestore cominci a mettere via nel salvadanaio qualche soldino, a cominciare dagli 8€ del prosecco, per ampliare il bagno di casa sua, vista che mi ha detto che ha lo stesso bagno e che ci entra facilmente, aggiungo che sua la stazza è maggiore della mia...Concludo dicendo che il prezzo pagato per quella camera è stato eccessivo (147€), ma voglio elogiare sinceramente lo chef e tutta la ristorazione, cosa che ho anche fatto direttamente al check-out, che merita veramente una nota di merito, tutto molto buono, l'hotel invece merita solo una nota stonata.....

Nonostante il soggiorno sia stato solo di una notte, ci è bastato poco per capire che è un hotel dove ci piacerebbe tornare nel nostro futuro viaggio sul Lago di Garda. Il proprietario è una persona gentile è sempre disponibile. Nonostante non condividesse la nostra stessa passione musicale ( abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel per vedere il concerto di Vasco)!!!!!😂 la camera era pulita e arredata in maniera funzionale, con vista lago, perfetta. Colazione molto abbondante e variegata. servizio al tavolo per chi volesse mangiare delle uova( in tutte le salse). Il personale è stato presente e cordiale. È la meta ideale per una vacanza rilassante. Consigliatissimo😉

Un piccolo hotel con un’ottima gestione familiare e con un’attenzione ai particolari degna di un quattro stelle! Posizione incantevole proprio sul lago che si apre davanti con una spiaggetta dove puoi posizionare ombrellone e lettini inclusi oltre al parcheggio… Fantastica l’idea della mezza pensione “ smezzata” e davvero super la colazione!

Weekend al lago in coppia. La camera molto bella, pulita, ben illuminata da una finestra e balconcino vista lago. Apprezzata molto la doccia grande. L'hotel dispone di una zona benessere con una sauna, alcuni attrezzi e una jacuzzi con acqua calda. La colazione spettacolare con ampia scelta anche per intolleranti al glutine e lattosio. Il pranzo molto buono con molta scelta di prodotti locali. Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile, ambiente in generale ben curato e ben gestito. Considerando la posizione e i servizi offerti prezzo adeguato Super consigliato.
