It's the second time i have stayed here, the staff are friendly n helpful, the rooms are very spacious n clean n it' close to the seafront bars/restaurants.

Great location apartment and well equipped. The third floor balcony was a sun trap. As the evenings were chilly the heating was very good and made the apartment very cosy. The TV had English channels, when you requested the extra remote (this was free). The only thing missing was any form of lamps, so lighting was rather harsh in the evening and no full length mirror. The area was very quiet but near to restaurants and the beach. We would stay there again.

The hotel is not in optimal condition. They are undergoing construction and because of the noise you cannot sleep, the elevators did not work for a while, the dryer cables were stripped, the doorbell did not work and if you want to enter the apartment a little earlier they try to get €20 even though they say that the room is empty. Too many disadvantages and imperfections.

Missed a lot in the kitchen. Was not 100% cleaned. Very broken or defective items. However, the reception at the reception was very good. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants was first class.

After many years of going to these apartments, this time we had to book on the ground floor as everything was full.
When it comes to giving our opinion, we have come to the conclusion that we liked the apartments better at their different heights, since our ground floor in particular had the most deteriorated bathroom, and in the room we could obviously hear more noise from both the street as well as the adjacent area which is the reception. But hey, for 2 nights at Playa del Cura they are still a great option, and also with their parking spaces, since on the weekend it is impossible to park nearby.
We will surely repeat, and we will try to do it in time to be able to choose an apartment in one of the 4 or 5 floors they have.
Reception as always 10, very attentive.

Reception/front desk very friendly! Apartment building with apartments of different sizes, equipped with kitchen and washing machine. Great location, 3 minutes walk to the beach and shops, supermarket right next door.

The only acceptable thing is the friendliness of the staff who, in some cases, are more embarrassed than the guests. They charge you a deposit for possible damages (but the apartment was a shame!!!), broken doors, lights that don't turn on and aren't repaired, very expensive parking and only for small cars and expert drivers on curved ramps, air conditioning It is with a supplement, very low quality bedding....
