Torres del Paine Hotels with Airport pickup service

I believe that the hotel is excellent, that's why I booked. But I didn't stay because I fall down in tores del paine and broke my wrist. I can't call hotel in my pain and no signal as well. So I hope the management would make a refund on my booking..at least 50% I would appreciate because I have to book another hotel near Punta Arenas hospital. The room is quite clean Meals are also great Disadvantages: The WIFI and signal are very poor because it is in a valley The dogs raised by people nearby are wild and may bite you. Transportation is inconvenient, so you must rent a car.
