This hotel is one of the pleasant surprises on our Patagonia trip. We booked two nights here to get a head start on our base Torres hike. This hotel is ideally situated for that. Based on the pictures on TripAdvisor, we expected a tired-looking room. However the rooms are clearly renovated recently. Though small, the room had everything we needed and was comfortable. There is a coffee machine and a water filling station in the hallway. There is also comfortable lounging areas throughout the hotel with views of the mountains. The service is top notch, as is the restaurant onsite. It’s not a cheap hotel but is worth every penny.

My husband and I had a truly magical experience during our 4-night stay at Hotel Les Torres. The Hotel Staff were so welcoming, helpful and extremely well trained. The recently refurbished rooms were excellent, comfortable and well-appointed. The on-site facilities were excellent, although we only had a chance to use the bar area and restaurant as we were away hiking all day. However, if you wanted to have a quiet day, there was plenty to keep you occupied, including the Spa area. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of choice. We got to know quite a few other travellers during our stay at the hotel and were able to exchange stories and experiences. We did three days of 8-hour hikes around the W circuit, which was hard work but very rewarding. The guides were informative and did an excellent job of herding us along the moderately difficult trails. We were on an all-inclusive package, which was very generous, and despite walking nearly 60 kilometres, I still managed to put on weight! The Hotel is set in such a tranquil and picturesque setting, and I actually had a few tears in my eyes when we left for Santiago. What a shame this perfect Jewell is so far away

We booked the 4 nights all-inclusive package directly with the hotel. They respond promptly to questions and requests. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. The hotel has a scheduled transfer service from/to Punta Arenas. The drive takes around 5 hours. We stopped for lunch at their ranch, Cerro ***** on the way to the hotel. The check-in/out process was quick and easy. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We confirmed our selected excursions after checking in. All meals are included. The restaurant serves excellent food. Staff are amazing. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked well. Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel is strong. We had 3 full day excursions. An experience of a lifetime. Guides were knowledgeable, helpful, and safety conscious. They provide a box lunch. This hotel is well managed. Everything worked smoothly. We are very happy to have decided to stay in this property which is located inside the national park.

We just finished a five-day, four-night visit with five couples. The experience exceeded all expectations. Without exception, the staff was cheerful, helpful, and delightful to work with. This is inclusive of the reception, excursion, wait team, bar team, driver team, equestrian team, etc. We were engaged from 7:00 am until the conclusion of dinner at 10:30 pm. The excursion team maximized full-day and half-day excursions to maximize our time while taking the varied physical capabilities of our group. Valencia, our guide for most of our excursions, was outstanding in every respect. She bonded with our group and made recommendations and adjustments to our itinerary to tailor the experience to us rather than to attempt to hammer us into a rigid program. She shared her knowledge seamlessly throughout each activity. We recognized that she went above and beyond by just making things happen. One outstanding example of this was upon returning to a common snack area on one excursion, she had set up a charcuterie board, beer, wine, water, and we were pleasantly surprised to see our driver sitting at a table set with a tablecloth securing the location for our arrival. This elevated the experience from simple (and delicious) box lunches to “dining”. While this is but one example, it set the tone for most of our experiences. Valencia has the tremendous ability to make our group feel as if we were the most important guests at the resort. I hope that the management of Las Torres sees this and recognizes her incredible contributions to our trip! The rooms were very comfortable. The spa was a nice treat. The wait staff catered to our group of ten vegetarians with care and special attention to dietary needs. Almost without exception, the staff in all roles exuded and projected that there were happy to be working through the tourist season and genuinely liked their jobs and the guests. With a large staff and guest turnover, there are always some outlying exceptions, however, the limited occasions of good rather the over-the-top outstanding service and care served as a simple comparison to remind us of just how wonderful the overwhelming majority of encounters were. As we learned, having tasted and enjoyed Calafate, we are destined to return to Patagonia, and we would not hesitate for a moment to return to Las Torres.

Hotel Las Torres is set in an absolutely breathtaking landscape, offering close access to the Mirador Base Camp for the iconic Torres del Paine towers—a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The tours provided were incredible, showcasing some of the most beautiful and awe-inspiring landscapes I’ve ever seen. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, adding to the overall experience. Every meal served at the hotel was delicious, and the wines, custom supplied specifically for the hotel, were exceptional and added a touch of luxury to the dining experience. While the accommodation is on the pricey side, the cozy rooms and the fact that all food and drinks are included in the cost made it a worthwhile stay. However, the rooms lack soundproofing, which can occasionally disturb the serenity. It’s important to book your dinner times early, even before you arrive, as the restaurant can get very busy. During peak hours, they seemed slightly understaffed, and the hardworking servers would certainly benefit from more assistance. For urgent laundry, it’s best to hand it directly to reception, as housekeeping can sometimes face delays due to their busy schedules. Overall, Hotel Las Torres offers an unforgettable experience thanks to its stunning location, delicious food and wine, friendly staff, and incredible tours. It’s a must-stay for anyone visiting Torres del Paine.

The hotel is situated at the base of Las Torres with a beautiful view. The food was excellent, and the hotel service was fantastic. Gabriel is the HR representative, and he it the epitome of customer service... he made sure that if something was wrong, he fixed it immediately. About the excursions.... the excursions themselves were amazing. How can they not be when you see the beauty around you?? The issue for us was that for two of the three days, they put us in groups that were such a hindrance. They don't allow more than 6 people per guide, however, there is no screening of the people prior to group you. On our first excursion to Los Cuerrnos, we were placed with a lovely elderly couple who could not keep up with our pace. Our guide actually told us we could walk back without her. The next day, was our all day hike to Las Torres. It is a 15.6 mile hike up to the lake. Unbelievable views and challenging hike, however, we were put in a group where one of the younger ladies had previously done a long hike, and she could barely walked. We probably wasted over an hour waiting for her. Once again at times the guide let us go without her, but the nice thing is that the guides are all so informative. I went to complain about it to the customer service representative, Catalina, who said she would look into it for our final day, however, I never heard back from her. Fortunately we had a great group for our last hike to French Valley. Our guides were Michelle, Eugenia, and Pamela who were all so knowledgeable and kind. Also, they had us leave way too early to catch our flight. We were sitting in the Punta Arenas tiny airport for 4 hours which was totally unnecessary!
