The check in progress is smooth and clear. The front desk hotel staff have given all the information step by step and being patient. Every guest will get a complimentary drink at bar with all range of drinks and invited to join the 18:30 Lamb Party. We have reserved the 2/F restaurant for dinner and also grab a drink and food at the bar, both are delicious with good service. The swimming pool we went twice it was clean and with a stunning views. We have also booked the SPA , it was great and relaxing. The room is exactly the same as the web photo, the bed was very comfortable. Recommend to friend and family.

Hotel is comfortable and a decent base from which to explore Torres del Paines. The breakfast is not bad but I would expect more given the rate that the hotel charges. Other meals in the restaurant were good and reasonable value for money. A good stay all round but I don't think I'd stay again.

I believe that the hotel is excellent, that's why I booked. But I didn't stay because I fall down in tores del paine and broke my wrist.
I can't call hotel in my pain and no signal as well.
So I hope the management would make a refund on my booking..at least 50% I would appreciate because I have to book another hotel near Punta Arenas hospital.

hotel is big, so you are constantly surrounded by guests and do not have a feel like you’re in a remote location. Very strict and inflexible dining hours - you have to book for dinner at a certain time and if you miss it, staff are inflexible with changing the time even though there are lots of availability at the hotel restaurant.

里約塞拉諾水療酒店 Rio Serrano Hotel + SPA的房間位置極佳，從酒店大堂和卧室內就可以看到壯美的百內角（the Cuernos of Paine），清晨不必出房間，就可以看到百內角日出。 酒店大堂的每一扇窗户望出去都美如畫卷。 酒店工作人員服務熱情，認真負責。 早餐特別豐富，晚餐菜式也美味。 我們在這裏住了三天，特別滿意。
唯一需要改正之處是通向酒店的路是石子路，但這不是酒店的錯。 整個百內區域都是石子路。
The rooms at Rio Serrano Hotel + SPA are the best. You can see the magnificent Cuernos of Paine from the hotel lobby and bedrooms. You can see the sunrise over the Cuernos of Paine in the morning without leaving the room. Every window in the hotel lobby looks like a picture. The hotel staff is warm and responsible. The breakfast is very rich and the dinner dishes are delicious. We stayed here for three days and were very satisfied.
The only thing that needs to be corrected is that the road leading to the hotel is a gravel road, but this is not the hotel's fault. The entire Torres del Paine area is gravel roads.
