If you just want to see Jiaofeng, you don’t need to buy the tickets for Paine when you stay here. Everything is good and the environment is great. If you cook your own food, it will be like being in a wonderland.

Super reception and kind hosts- being Patrick and his wife. The most valuable fishing advice I think I have ever had came from Patrick! And an incredibly beautiful area! Patrick has a very lovely and gracious setup and perfectly placed to cover this magnificent area- just the right balance of comfort, charm, warmth and small lodge feeling......a long way away from mass packaged tourism!@+

We had a most excellent time here! One of the biggest highlights of our trip. We had such wonderful hosts that made us feel like family that we are looking for ways to return! The food was great, our lodging was so fun and unique, the property is beautifully and serenely set near the river while you stare out at the picturesque mountains… I could go on and on. Our lodging was unique and very fun. We stayed in one of the carriages and had ample space (we carried 3 bags and many jackets and had no issue). The room is not fancy but it serves it’s purpose. We had clean sheets, space to sit and hang out in the kitchenette, hot water that works well whenever needed and a lovely fireplace that is a charm. The bathroom is a narrow space but that was fine for us. We also loved arriving each day from our outings to our place. You can sit on the bench outside and look at the mountains or even go hang out at any of the common areas. The dining area was probably a major highlight for us. As in a home, it represents the heart and connection for their guests. I loved chatting over dinner and breakfast with folks from all around, connecting with Patrick, Karina and Cecilia about our adventures, have really lovely meals that nourished and filled, and feeling like you were part of a community. Highlights of our stay was building a fire for our room, the horses and pups that roam the area, the ease of getting to the park, etc. And of course the hosts, Patrick & Karina, make it where you never want to leave with their helpfulness, kindness and invaluable advice. They never make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. They also have a lovely team that equally holds their same values and culture of kindness. Finally, if you’re into fishing, Patrick is your expert. We had a lovely time fishing with him that is forever etched in my husband’s mind. His buds are desperately trying to figure out how to get down there as well after they saw his King Salmon photo. I could go on and on. It is a fantastic destination! I would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

Konkasken Lodge is not your average stay - it's an experience! The ambiance, the beauty of the place, the kindness and helpfulness of the owners, Patrik and Carina, tasty home cooked dinners... it all makes for an amazing stay. I felt as if I were visiting old friends. The lodge is located very close to the TdP Park entrance, right on the Serrano River bank, overlooking great mountains. Gorgeous property. I would choose this experience over any luxury hotel hands down.

We have travelled all over the world but this was one of the nicest stays we've ever had. Patrick and Karina were extraordinarily wonderful hosts. They did everything to make sure our stay was delightful, and it was! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The wood stove warmed the cabin completely and made it so cozy. The dinners and breakfasts were delicious. Karina is a marvelous cook and was very flexible with our preferences. (Son doesn't like salmon so she made him a delicious chicken dinner instead). Both she and Patrick go the extra mile to make their guests happy. They lent us their binoculars and sold us some gas when we ran low. They even gifted us some mugs and Chilean spices that we really liked. Couldn't recommend this place more highly. Truly a gem in a delightful location!

Stayed three nights in Konkashken Lodge and had our own vehicle. Lodging may seem expensive, but not when compared to hotels in the park. Patrick and staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent advice about the park. Patrick kindly loaned us air compressor type apparatus for an air leak in one of our tires. The lodge will provide meals if requested. We enjoyed a good salmon 3 course meal with wine one evening but otherwise prepared most of our meals. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, good Wi-Fi and the lodge filled in the gaps for supplies (e.g. coffee, spices). Heating is by wood fire only and wood supplied. Chilly in the mornings but this accommodation is far superior and warmer and more comfortable than Refugio Grey in the park. Highly recommend this accommodation if I return to Torres des Paines.

We decided to spend one more night closer at or in the Torres del Paine National Park (after two in Puerto Natales). Prices are crazy around there so we ended up at Konkashken Lodge as it seemed fairly priced compared to others and the reviews were good. —> it ended up being the best stay we had in almost 3 weeks of Patagonia - I mean the host Patrick (and his mum who happened to be there) are exceptional. We felt like part of the family - it was the most personal hosting I ever experienced…!!! We just wanted to stay one night but decided to stay another just because we loved it so much staying at this place. Forget all the other overpriced wannabe fancy pantsy accommodations around - just go to Konkashken and experience the real Patagonia with best vibes and real “Patagonians”!!!! WE LOVED IT!

My wife and I finished our W Trek and stayed at this location for 2 evenings and without a doubt, this location is one of the most beautiful, down-to-earth and idyllic places I've ever stayed. In our worldly travels we have purposefully avoided major brand hotels or "inclusive" resorts as they isolate you from the beauty and realism of the place you're visiting...but not this place! The Rio Serrano and the backdrop of the mountains were like a watercolor painting, and the accommodations included separate carriage-style houses with wood-burning stoves, roaming cattle and amenities that really feed the soul. The host was exceptional and kind. He will build you a fire, fix a flat tire and cook you a BBQ dinner with a smile and kindness that would put hospitality majors to shame. Forget the Torres Lodge and overpriced accommodations with lackluster feeling and vibe, this place blows it out of the water. My only regret was having to leave, heck, the first thing my wife and I did upon leaving was googling "property for sale" and "how can a foreigner buy land in Rio Serrano." THAT's how cool this place was! 6/5 STARS!

It was a beautiful cabin built in a wagon style, situated in a scenic meadow. The owner Patrick is a very smart and sweet person. He upgraded us to a cabin with kitchen facilities. This system runs on eco-basis. Power is by a generator. Patrick has a great system of indoor fire. The kitchen also has two gas burners which work with cartridges. Everything was very convenient. There was a free breakfast included with our stay. Patrick deserves huge credit. An additional bonus was seeing animals grazing on the property- horses, cows, sheep… all managed by Patrick’s dogs. The property is right at the southern entrance of the park. It’s a terrific place which added to our enjoyment of the park and we would gladly come back. We are recommending this property to friends and family.
