Decent hotel however staff at reception (MARIA) was very unhelpful and rude! Upon arrival I was standing in the queue for a very long time after being on a 9 hour flight! She was not welcoming and made me sign a document and did not explain what the document referred to! When going to check out my suite there was a facility issue and so I reported it to Maria. She was still very dismissive and did not want to help so the issue is still not resolved! The next day my room was not cleaned until four pm! To my dismay I found my towels had not been cleaned. When I reported this she made me bring down the unclean towel and would not let me receive a new one until this was done! Very embarrassing for an elderly lady! She also accused me of taking the towel to the beach???? When she wasnt even on shift? I want to Maria to understand I’m on vacation not at boot camp! Otherwise stay was good ! Nice breakfast friendly night staff. Stuff was very close by!! Had a nice beach day with colleagues!

This is our fourth time at the tobago and i am very disappointed this year still have lovely staff always helpful room nice and clean but for me thats the positives over pool has limited hours rooftop bar also limited hours previously you could spend a evening on the rooftop bar looking over the bay everything seems more about getting money for everything when you book a hotel you dont expect to have to pay to use sun beds the price ranges from 40 euros a day upto 150 euros a day their is free sunbeds but mostly in the shade breakfast and dinner cold plates the food is not hot to start with then onto a cold plate food would be excellent if hot also have taken cava away at breakfast even three and four star hotels this is available i did get a nice bottle of cava and a platter of fruit on arrival which was really nice but for me tobago has lost its sparkle

Great hotel on the beach. We had a room in the annex building with a balcony on the sea side. Neat room with nice bathroom. Breakfast was very extensive with a lot of choice. The beach side is beautiful, but it has the disadvantage that many young people can be heard in the early morning who end their night out on the beach. There is nothing the hotel can do about that, but it is useful to know. I suspect it will only be during high season. Swimming pool a bit small but lovely water. Just more than a great hotel. Oh yes: super service downstairs at the reception. The ladies speak 5 languages ​​and are not afraid to arrange anything.

The equipment was perfect and very clean. We also had a free upgrade i.e. a suite instead of a double room. We were very satisfied with the selection and the quality of the food. The service immediately cleared away any plates that were no longer needed. Beer and wine were included with dinner free of charge. The only problem is parking. After 12:00 there is only more parking at least 1 km away

We haven't been to this hotel for a while and it was nice to see it has been refurbished recently. As before, to location is perfect for Magaluf or Palmanova. Price was also competative for the location and quality. Overall, our stay was pleasant, everything was clean and we would consider staying there in the future. As other reviewers have correctly said, the refurbishment hasn't included the airconditioning. Even though the room has a thermostats which you can set, in reality things are set by the hotel so expect a full day of running until the temprature gets down to a normal temprature. You can't go lower than about 25 degress in reality. The rooms now contain updated safes, but unfortunately there is a surcharge of 3 Euro per day to use this. Nearly every room has a fantastic sea view and has a balcony with sun throughout the day. Those who prefer the shade, may want to consider a different hotel for this reason. Talking of surcharges, in the resturant you will be charged for even water. To make matters worse, you are disturbed and reminded of this 3 times during you meal. The first time is to ask what you want to drink, the second to pour your drink and then a third to pay for the drink. Surely there has got to be a less annoying what to do this for both customers and staff? As others have mentioned, it would be good if the hotel focussed on reducing the amount of salt in there food. The staff work really hard in this hotel, and our room was serviced every single day. Reception staff were always helpful and staff in the resturant were fast to attend.

Dinner is a buffet with many items. 2 year olds are free and it was about 30 euros for 2 people. I felt that cospa was good. 4. A convenience store-like supermarket is next to it, 3 seconds on foot. 5. ALDI, a regular supermarket, is about 15 minutes away on foot. There are slopes and it was difficult for a 2-year-old to walk, but no problem for adults. 6. Marineland? 10 minutes by taxi to the small aquarium. If there are many people, it is more profitable than the local bus. It's a small aquarium, but there were dolphin and bird shows, and the children really enjoyed themselves. 7. The airport shuttle bus often stayed at the hotel, but the receptionist would not tell me. The hotel can only call a taxi, and the bus should be checked and booked by yourself. You should write down the name when you see the bus).The local bus to the airport is cheap, but the bus stop is ALDI direction. We booked a boat tour inside the cave. At 9:00, the time spent in the cave is only 1 hour and 20 minutes. After going around souvenir shops → jewelry shops, we finally arrive at the cave. Lost time is more than 1 hour. So 69 euros for 3 people is too expensive and I don't recommend it. The child is bored and bored. There are many tourists in the cave, and there is a long line to enter. This 1 hour and 20 minutes includes everything, so I was only in the cave for about 40 minutes. The boat that can be boarded inside the cave takes 2 minutes, but the waiting time is over 30 minutes, so it is physically impossible to get on in time for the tour bus meeting time. We recommend renting a car. This is the only bad thing this time.

Hotel a little high up for those who don't like hills 😁 otherwise everything is ok except perhaps in the evening when some people don't respect others (slamming doors, children in the corridors screaming) but hey it's the life in community. Very welcoming staff, very clean. Be careful if you rent a car that is difficult to park.
