Nice hotel better than the pictures but has extremely loud music playing all day. Very loud at night with lots of young people partying. Great buffet breakfast

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the reception staff were very helpful especially Chanel who spoke very good English and answered any questions I had. We was on the second floor of the hotel and our neighbours were young women, now I understand your in magaluf having a girls holiday and partying, but the women played very loud music on a speaker till stupid hours of the morning, the day previous someone else complained and they stopped, the second night I complained and the complaint was handle quickly with the receptionist. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and beds were made but bedding wasn’t changed. The buffet in the morning was excellent with different choices to choose from, cereal, hot food, yoghurts, bakery section, juice, coffee/tea. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning and loads of su beds to choose from, they play music for the most of the day round the pool which is nice. They have a pool bar where you can order cocktails and food but is only payable by card. I would recommend this hotel.

This is an amazing location!! It is just 2 minutes off the main Magaluf party *****!! I would highly recommend this hotel, it is a quiet location even though it is so close!! Great facilities, amazing breakfast that I would recommend going for, with a huge array of choices, I was shocked with the amount of options!! They even had sweet pastries!! The staff are amazing, warm and welcoming, always around 24/7 for all your needs. Channel was always more then happy to help, but more importantly found ways to solve problems rather then find ways object or shut the conversation down with disagreement and unfriendly attitudes, which regardless of the issue is more important to find way to solve and a true asset to your hotel!! The rooms have all that you need and if required more pillows!! I had to get an extra 3 🙈 They have a great pool and bar, and the beach is literally a stones throw away, well two beaches are but I will let you enjoy exploring this beautiful island and finding out!! ☀️😎⭐️🎵🌈🎉 I have stayed at many hotels and this is a superb well priced place to relax, as needed in very hot weather!! Plenty of local restaurants and shops 24/7 even BK is open till 4am is round the corner!! But all of these small things really do add up!! 5 star service and warm and welcoming staff and managers!! We had a great stay for the week lovely clean hotel,had a good room top floor lovely views we are over 60 but still had a great time even with lots of young people. Breakfast was a little hit and miss but you could always get something to eat. One complaint we had tough is no fridge we hired one but at a cost we think a fridge should be always in a room no charge everyone needs water in their room and everyone said the same. Up a hill but in the middle so best of both magaluf and palma nova. Staff really lovely thanks Loz and Steve wakefield.

Was a bit wary as some reviews were a bit negative but will give you an honest opinion. Booked with On the Beach operator and was pleasantly surprised with the area itself as it’s absolutely stunning! Maybe as it was end of September there was no rowdy crowd or uni students but more of an older crowd which was fine. Every day it would be beach, lunches and dinner outside as hotel is only breakfast The hotel itself is pretty basic, but very clean but twin beds travelling as a couple was pretty annoying but not a problem. The hotel is situated in a great location not too far from 2 local beaches Calvia and Magaluf beach. one is more quiet and picturesque with a great cocktail bar which served the best pina coladas in town for €5! Pros of hotel: Perfect location, walking distance from bars, food places, 6 mins walk to beach about 40 minutes taxi journey from the Palma airport Hotel room was okay, if you wanted tv you had to put a deposit for the remote of €10 which you get back on leaving. Good spread and choice of breakfast. if not included in package deal it’s only €10 but lots of cheap eateries nearby. Pool looked nice but never used it as beach is just beautiful with the clearest water and close by less than 5 mins for beach on the left and 10 mins for the other more busy beach. reception staff were friendly, especially Chanel who always was so helpful and smiling, giving great advice on the town and where to go! Allowed us to leave luggage which was great on last day Cons: we didn’t have to pay €50 pp deposit as some reviews stated- but maybe depends on your travel operator €32 for the safe if you need to use it breakfast staff a bit unfriendly, could do with some music during breakfast to liven up the place bed sheets or towels weren’t changed, only tidied ( we were there 4 days) although main hotel lobby was clean, there was hair on bathroom door from previous visitors twin-beds lack of entertainment

Just arrived home on Friday. What can I say? I absolutely loved this Hotel. Spotless clean with very friendly staff. Chanel, on reception was lovely, and very helpful. She really was a credit to the Hotel. My room was on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. It was really peaceful and more than enough sun beds for everyone. So close to the shops and the beach. I was more than happy with my room, very clean and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. I would definitely be happy to recommend the Globalese Torrenova to my family and friends. I’d love to go back next year. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at the Hotel, they were all fabulous.

The staff are the most interesting thing about this hotel as they are roughly split into two groups. One group are absolutely fantastic and can't do enough for you and the other are average and not particularly bothered. I encountered both types and I have to say that the nice ones are really nice! It can be noisy as it attracts groups of children that don't know how to behave when on holiday but I think that's par for the course with a 3 star in such an area. Other than that, the rooms are average (note that there is no fridge but you can rent one) and the breakfast buffet is adequate.

This was our second year staying at Globales Torrenova. Last year we stayed for one week, this year we came back and stayed tor two because we loved it so much and we will definitely be back! The staff are so friendly, the rooms are perfect and always clean and tidy, and the breakfast is amazing! Also love the fact that the hotel is so close to the ***** and lots of bars/restaurants but still a very quiet area! Highly recommend 😊
