Lovely hotel great location, rooms are cleaned daily. Lovely friendly staff. Rooms are mordern was self catering but you have the option to pay for all inclusive for day if you choose to if you are having a day at the hotel which i would recommend. Pool has a dj who plays music during the day love this! And... the pool bar staff are super friendly. Spar outside hotel and also an aldi and lidls 7min walk from hotel. Thank you again we will defo be back.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience after a disappointing stay at this so-called 4-star hotel in Mallorca. We booked a family holiday here, paying over £1200 for 5 nights, and were expecting at least the basic amenities that should come with a 4-star rating. Unfortunately, what we got was far from that. Upon arrival, the room was extremely basic – no kettle, no tea or coffee making facilities, not even a glass to pour a drink. I went to reception to ask about this and spoke with a staff member named Roberta. I was shocked to be told we’d need to pay €15 for a kettle. Apparently, basic facilities are not included in the apartment, which was never made clear at the time of booking. Only after I mentioned that I work for a well-known holiday company did she offer to arrange a kettle – which we ended up refusing on principle. It should have been included without needing to complain or name-drop. I also asked for glasses and was told to get them from the bar. When my son went to the bar, staff gave him two cardboard cups and three ice cubes, then told him not to come back and ask again. We’ve stayed in other local hotels for half the price with far better service and amenities. The lack of hospitality, poor communication, and the overall stingy approach to guest comfort was incredibly disappointing. This hotel might technically meet 4-star criteria on paper, but in reality, it felt more like a 2-star experience. Would not return, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

terrible place, not worth buying all inclusive the food is terrible and the drinks in the hotel are some ready-made on a machine that just tastes like foam you end up buying drinks outside anyway, in addition the rooms are terrible and there are bedbugs in all the rooms.
