Everything about this hotel was excellent! Clean, friendly staff and great facilities! A highlight of ours was the rooftop pool. It felt exclusive. We opted for the bed package including drinks and snacks. Great location. Food choice at breakfast was superb!

Stayed in hotel for five nights end of April. Hotel is stunning and well looked after by staff. Very clean and staff couldn’t be more helpful. As per other reviews the pool is mainly shaded until around 11am and the pool is absolutely freezing but in the hight of summer will be appreciated. There are Bali beds for hire around the pool which we made use of which was an extra luxury the hotel offered for a price of €40. We also used the beds on the roof top pool which is absolutely beautiful, again for a price of €75. Only downfall is WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms, works everywhere in the hotel but have to be on the balcony for it to connect. Will definitely be returning. Weather was lovely, an hour or two of rain one day but other than that boiling hot.

This hotel is by far the best in the area.Good location right near the beach . We upgraded to suite at a very reasonable price and it’s amazing,with separate area upstairs with jacuzzi and double sun lounger and the room its self is excellent. The breakfast here is quality and with plenty of choice.The staff are all very pleasant and friendly. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Where do I start ? This hotel is amazing .Hubby and I have got back this afternoon from a long weekend away staying here .The staff are amazing ! So pleasant and helpful .Everywhere is spotless and the hotel has a lovely contemporary feel . The food ! OMG ! 5 star plus .We had a beautiful room overlooking the beach which is over the road . Bed and pillows are so comfy …all in all I couldn’t fault anything about it …wouldn’t hesitate to return which we definitely do ! The hotel is within a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 mins and you are in the heart of Palma Nova itself with lots of eateries and pubs .

A good hotel, in a lovely location but wasn’t perfect for us. Probably wouldn’t return. Pros Probably the BEST breakfast we have had at a European hotel. Bar service around the pool Pool side nibbles and cocktails were nice Good location, 5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins to magaluf *****, nice restaurants all within walking distance Rooms cleaned daily Cons Some rooms have glass door toilets and showers. Not ideal when sharing with friends Our room was beside the door to the car park. It slammed on numerous occasions through the day and night. The pool doesn’t get sun all day. Half the pool gets in the morning and loses it in the afternoon and the other half vice versa. Some beds don’t get the sun until 1.30pm. On the whole a good experience. But for the reasons above we probably wouldn’t return unless it was off peak for pool beds and we would request a room that didn’t have glass doors.

This is the second time we have visited this hotel in August we had such a great time we came back in three weeks later . Amazing hotel with nice rooms with a great view of the sea . Food was brilliant plenty of selection.the staff was great and very helpful. Would Recommend this hotel to everyone.great location and very friendly

Just spent 5 days at this fantastic hotel - so grateful we stayed here, Great location, soooo clean, food is 👌🏼 with so much choice at breakfast and dinner, but we have to say the staff steal the show - always smiling, always so welcoming, sooooo friendly, always want to say Sì no problemo - ‘nothing is impossible’ attitude and just totally beautiful people inside and out 🫶🏼 special shout out to Aylin - you made our hearts smile with your perfect uplifting energy every day and every night 💝💞💞💞 We really enjoyed it here and have vowed to come back - look forward to seeing you all again 🥰 Subnote: some of the reviews re: night noise, sunbeds in shade nearly made us change our mind and boy, so glad we didn’t! Beautiful 5 star adult only hotel ,Amazing staff very friendly and attentive , Food excellent lots choice,rooms are lovely, we stayed in 1620, 6th floor,amazing sea view, family celebrated silver wedding and received champagne ,chocolate strawberries and a card from the hotel which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed our week very much,will definitely return.Thankyou.
