Hotel a little high up for those who don't like hills 😁 otherwise everything is ok except perhaps in the evening when some people don't respect others (slamming doors, children in the corridors screaming) but hey it's the life in community.
Very welcoming staff, very clean.
Be careful if you rent a car that is difficult to park.

Very good stay, location, facilities and iodine very good, the only drawback was that we went 1 day without shower gel, when cleaning they did not take note of this.

Here is a detailed review on the hotel Rooms 1 . I came with my family and the rooms were clean and comfortable to sleep in and decorated very nicely. The room i stayed the bed was nice and soft and my sister enjoyed hers. Bathroom 2. The bathroom I had was clean and comfortable to use just had a few bugs but other than that all good. Food / service /snack bar 3. It was a little disappointing that there wasn’t a lot of international dishes and Spanish dishes it was more salad than anything which is good for people for who are trying to be healthy. The service was a little slow and one staff member took my plate full of food and threw it away and had to get a new plate. The snack bar it self was more of a dinner than snack but I did try it and it was ok . To improve I would say more dessert options and more fruit options. Overall I do recommend this lovely resort /hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming definitely would come back

A great holiday in Palma Novs. Reception staff were always helpful providing information about location, buses etc. The beach isn't far 10 minutes' walk, but on a slight hill to access. I had booked half noaf but was given the option of all-inclusive, which was a money saver. My room was fresh and clean, and having the option to have it cleaned daily was welcomed. Meal times were just right, and there was always a wide range of dishes to choose from. There was always wine or soft drinks or coffee on tap included in your dining. My only disappointment was that I ordered an early breakfast at the reception the day before I was leaving as instructed in their information leaflet and was told to come down at a certain time to have this but. the restaurant was closed, and no one to assist. It would have been nice to have a takeaway bag with some croissants, fruit, etc, to be left on reception if the restaurant didn't want to open early. Otherwise, a lovely hotel, great staff and accommodation definitely 4 star.

Hotel was clean and tidy, room and beds was comfortable, staff were spot on and food was good, would definitely stay again, was in a good location near the beach, local shops and bars was a bit hilly but ok, also only a short walk into Magaluf and not far from the airport

First visit here middle of May and was great, a nice family hotel with pleasant staff, nice restaurant and plenty of food and beverages....you won't go hungry. The outdoor pool area is excellent with plenty of sunbeds, snack area and bar. Also 2 smaller pools for the children and more sunbeds, rooms cleaned daily, deposit for pool towels which is returned but the safe costs 18 € for the week...not too bad. Pool view room is a good choice with fridge and kettle. There is a 5 mins walk up a hill to the hotel, take your time and it's fine. The all Inc of 6 alcoholic drinks suited us fine and probably makes it less rowdy This will be on our list of hotels in the future... thoroughly enjoyed

We couldn't have asked for a better 1st little holiday for our 10 month old. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so special. Very family friendly, ideal for babies too. Great central location, yes the hotel is on a bit of a hill but after eating all inclusive we actually didn't mind a bit of hill work! Really close to the beach, 3 different pools at the hotel, baby and children's pool and the main pool, indoor soft play, little arcade area. Honestly we had such an amazing time making amazing family memories, thank you Aluasun!
