Hotel Loob Madrid

To celebrate a special occasion I booked the master suite with jacuzzi. We didn't have any problems checking in, the machine was working fine and then we found our garage door already open. We are also not obsessed with the topic of intimacy, so we were comfortable. When we entered the truth is that everything was very good, at first glance. The bed I have to say was well made and clean, both pillows and sheets and without any strange smell. We are making progress. There are gels, towels, toothbrushes, everything nice, everything correct. I start filling the jacuzzi and at what moment, mother of God. Hairs were floating, like skin scabs, fluids, etc. I didn't take a photo because I was too disgusted because with these things about the lack of hygiene I really can't. When I activated the jacuzzi bubble mechanism, a sewage smell came out of there...which makes you sick because of how unpleasant it is. I don't know if they've never cleaned that, but if you get in there, you'll catch the black plague. Seriously, what anguish and what's more, you choose this place because it has the particularity of the jacuzzi in the room and you find this. Awful. The hygiene in the shower was also doubtful, as the tiles are black, you only notice the sticky floor but see little. And I think better. Come on, it's true what everyone says that the hygiene of the jacuzzi is poor and if that's the case, you should take the swing, which at least being something small I imagine they would clean it. I give it 3 stars because the bed was clean and surprisingly the food is very good. Don't be afraid to order it if you go, because from the outside it is well presented and delicious, in abundant quantities. Of course, as long as the kitchen is as clean as the jacuzzi...turn it off and let's go.

It was the first time we went to the Loob hotel. We took the Premium Suite room from Sunday to Monday which costs €289. The stay had its pros and cons. We start with the check-in that you do yourself through a machine, which scans the ID and you also have to correct the data, a bit tedious. We had room 106, which is around the corner from the reception. Given the indications that there are, we arrived at a barrier and it took them a long time to answer the intercom, once they answered they told us that we were at an exit, that they would open it for us and that we should go through the check-in again, like!! It's going to be no. The room is super spacious, the pool is amazing, with a seat, with a jacuzzi, it is the best thing about the room. The room has two doors locked... and no refrigerator. The TV is smart-TV and allows you to connect your phones to watch any "yours" platform on the TV, but the TV itself didn't work, we couldn't see a single channel. The TV can be heard in the pool, but there is no TV, a bit strange. The room is home-automated and the lights and blinds are controlled by a panel. The price does not include breakfast. We had dinner there with Secret Ibérico, a hamburger and two Coca-Colas for €31.80, we had a very good dinner. In conclusion, I think that for that money, there are similar hotels, with greater services.

A few km from Madrid is the Loob hotel, very well connected, discreet and clean, with large, very well-equipped rooms (premium in my case) and very good room service, if you want to spend some time - 4 hours or more - With your partner it is a perfect place. For those looking for discretion it is perfect, for those looking for intimacy too and for those who want to treat themselves the same.

I went with a late check out offer and when we called to remind us they told us that it is not available, but that it is available if you pay €30 from their menu. That is to say, they ripped us off, and they only wanted us to pay now and did not give us the service that we had already paid for. Apart from how unfriendly most of the staff are. Apart from cleaning, which is not very satisfactory. Stains, cigarette holes... And watch out for the Jacuzzi room, the jets propel and, more than a massage, they levitate your legs (and we called to have it fixed and nothing) And well, so you don't get any surprises, They do not have a minibar although in all the web pages it appears that they do. So you can't take anything with you either and they make you spend more and more. (P.S. There is a mercadona and a bar next door, recommended)

Decepcionante de principio a fin, se mueven sólo por interés económico, me piden un historial médico para poder modificar una reserva ya wue mi pareja ha pasado la noche en urgencias por una enfermedad muy grave, no les puedo facilitar el informe ya que ppr protección de datos no tengo porque enviarles eso, me dicen que ponga un email a gerencia el cual no ha sido capaz de darme ni respuesta ni solución. A mi problema. Se han quedado con 150 euros de gratis , solicitando la cancelación de la reserva y la modificación de fecha que no el reembolso.

Vergonzoso el trato recibido. Llamo para solicitar una modificación de fecha en la estancia ya que mi pareja pasó la noche en el hospital de urgencias por una enfermedad grave, y ne dicen qje para poder intentar modificar la reserva les tengo que enviar el informe médico, la protección de datos se la pasan por el forro Resumen 150 euros perdidos, falta de soluciones ppr parte de recepción y gerencia .
