Big, empty hotel. The title says it all. At the bar the Prosecco tasted as though they had obviously been opened a while ago. In the morning the cappuccino was returned to reheat and came back lukewarm. Waiter never came back after that. Room had a noisy bathroom fan that sounded as though it was on the verge of breaking. What a pity for such a massive hotel to come to this....

We spent a pleasant evening in this structure taking advantage of the Templum room. We had a great time, we celebrated my daughter's first birthday, an exceptional buffet, mixed sea and land, a first course with mouth-watering porcini mushrooms, a veal with provola and artichokes to compliment the chef, the great variety of fruit and the cake with an exceptional flavor, a compliment to all the staff and waiters for always being attentive to every need. Hotel worthy of 4 stars, an experience to be redone absolutely. Advised!

Surprised by the beauty of this corner of paradise... Elegant, welcoming and clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Perfect to stay as a couple and to relax. We were for a baptism of a family member and we were able to enjoy excellent services. We were in the Templum room adjacent to the hotel and we appreciated the excellent cuisine, delicious dishes, both from the sea and from the land, the dining room staff attentive to every detail, the refined exteriors designed for guests to relax. A nice surprise.

Stayed for one night only and enjoyed the breakfast. In my opinion, the breakfast did not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel but I must say that the hotel was semi-empty (perhaps one other room was occupied) so it is quite understandable......... Location in the open countryside, therefore relaxing. Large rooms as well as the bathroom which is nice. Reception staff were friendly. Too bad that for a 4-star establishment, it does not accept Amex.

We stayed at this property for a friend's wedding. The wait that struck me most was the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. The structure is well finished, our stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

Purtroppo non posso dare di più per la disavventura che abbiamo vissuto…anzi se non fosse stato per l’eccellenza della ristorazione e per la Spa davvero curata nei minimi dettagli,calda,grande e dotata delle più svariate stanze e saune/idromassaggio avrei dato anche solo una stella! Appena arrivati in stanza abbiamo trovato una perdita d’acqua proveniente dal frigo ma abbiamo sorvolato,la grande tristezza è stata svegliarci il mattina successivo con una copiosa perdita d’acqua che scendeva dalla parete! Allego foto per capirne l’entità…e la risposta della direzione è stata “è solo un po’ di condensa,probabilmente perché fuori fa molto freddo e la temperatura interna della stanza è elevata!” Dopo questa bellissima sentenza le loro scuse sono state toglierci €20 dal nostro pernottamento in SUITE JUNIOR! Ho detto tutto🤦🏻♀️assurdo! Mi dispiace ma un trattamento così proprio non ce lo aspettavamo! Siamo ben lontani dall’ Accoglienza e ospitalità

Hotel molto bella e dotata di molti confort, da poco ristrutturato con la nuova apertura di una meravigliosa SPA. La SPA è fornita davvero di tutto ciò che può servire ad una persona per rigenerare mente e corpo, oltre che di personale specializzato e formato di alto livello. Per quanto riguarda la cucina, una particolare menzione merita lo Chef Alberto, davvero preparatissimo ed appassionato del proprio lavoro, oltre che prezioso per la sua umanità, umiltà e sensibilità. La cucina dello Chef Alberto è di notevole qualità con elevati tocchi personalizzati di eleganza e raffinatezza , gioia per il palato di chi ne usufruisce. In generale, tutto il personale della struttura, sebbene l'età media sia ""molto giovane "", si presenta anche formalmente in maniera impeccabile ed è naturalmente accogliente e premuroso nei confronti della clientela. In tal senso, mi preme evidenziare lo splendido comportamento della signora Angela in reception che si è preoccupata di accogliermi al meglio , tenendo a cura la mia situazione di persona priva di compagnia. Anche Antonio nella sala della colazione è stato molto professionale ed accogliente. La direttrice signora Eva , inoltre ed infine, favorisce indubbiamente questo clima di serenità e collaborazione vigente in struttura ed è sempre disponibile all'ascolto anche della clientela. Consiglio vivamente di venire all'hotel Lemi per un'esperienza davvero unica di rigenerazione e benessere che si fonda, come detto, anche sulla eccellente cucina e sull'accoglienza e la cordialità.
