I think if the aircon in our room had worked better I would have given this full marks. Very clean and tidy hotel with an oriental feel about it, room very spacious and clean and all the staff were just great, bars, swimming pool, spa, separate Bistro in the complex further up the road so all in all a great place to relax. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety and all fresh. Yup was good. There were also great views across the countryside from the piano bar and the swimming pool.

Cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. Great for a large party, organised everything so efficiently and super friendly service. Everyone loved the pool, so.much to do on site and Segovia is great to visit too.

Plucked this place from the internet as a journey break between Santander and Costa Del Sol, especially as the hotel was pet friendly. Anyone visiting Segovia this hotel worth a look Recognising one of the party had mobility issues and required a scooter and not forgetting the dog, hotel made contact a few days prior to booking offering a ground room as a change option duly accepted. On arrival staff were helpful with the luggage and dog treats, food bowl and a bed awaited the Labrador - how thoughtful. Restaurant was shut but front of house staff were keen to point out local options, we went to a local Taberna part of the group and equally good service, good food and helpful young lady behind the bar. In the morning and a another demonstration of good customer care we had breakfast in bar rather than steps to breakfast salon. Typical spanish breakfast always asking if we needed anything and another helpful member of staff. Great all round experience we will probably be back on our return journey in May or on a planned trip to nearby Segovia Thanks everyone at El Rancho

Acogedor y familiar con un personal muy atento y el hotel muy coqueton y cómodo. Hemos pasado un fin de semana de desconexion total muy muy recomendable. Y que sean pet friendly un plus. Detallistas con la mascota cama para perro mullida y golosinas :)

Nuestra idea era ir a Segovia, pero no había nada con piscina puesto que lo buscamos a última hora. Así que dimos con este hotel y nos encantó. El pueblo en el que está situado, está a unos diez minutos en coche del centro de Segovia. Si que es verdad que por la noche no había nada abierto, aunque en el hotel tienes bar-restaurante por si quieres tomarte algo o cenar (nosotros cenamos y estuvo muy bien). El hotel es muy bonito, con unos jardines preciosos, piscina infinita (con el agua algo fresca, lo que es ideal para los calores de la temporada a la que fuimos). La habitación preciosa, muy grande, con ropa de cama y toallas muy blancas, todo limpísimo, colchón y almohadas muy cómodas. El personal (tanto de recepción, bar, restaurante, comedor, etc.) muy agradables. El desayuno maravilloso. Tienes un poquito de todo y de buena calidad. En la parte exterior del hotel tienes sitio para aparcar. El precio muy bueno.

Desde que llegamos a recepción recibimos, a lo largo de los 8 días de estancia en el hotel una atención exquisita por parte del personal, la misma atención en el servicio de desayuno y a lo largo del día conforme iban surgiendo pequeñas necesidades y solicitabamos su ayuda. Han sido unos días en los cuales nos acompañaba nuestra perra labradora, en los cuales se nos ofrecieron todo tipo de facilidades y comodidades, cama, chuches, cuencos, toallas para secarla debido a que nos llovío y lo más de agradecer es la habitación con acceso directo al jardín. Quedamos gratamente impresionados y volveremos. Ya hemos empezado a recomendarlo a nuestros conocidos. ¡¡Gracias equipo sois fenomenales!!

Todo el complejo esta muy limpio. Habitacion en la primera planta muy àmplia y confortable, no se oia ningún ruido. Todo el personal muy amable y correcto. El desayuno no és espectacular, però no falta de nada. Su rte. muy recomendable Todos sus platos fantàsticos. El hotel esta a 10 minutos de Segovia. Para repetir. .

En realidad estubimos una noche. Pero a sido muy buena experiencia. La llegada, el trato del personal, la limpieza y la habitación. (cama súper cómoda) El desayuno en el bufett a estado muy rico. Así que os puedo asegurar que vais a descansar. Además, da mucha paz el hotel. Jeje.
