Arrived in Lecce hotel to hot rooms, no in room internet, cots in rooms? closed pool and location in middle of no where. Very Late to try to organize a dinner in Lecce (on a Friday night) Hotel food service was disapponting . Limited menu, poor service, unpleasant a**osphere (in a large banquet hall) This hotel was a big disappoin**ent. Too far from the city as we were booked in for three nights as part of a tour package. Hotel tried to tell us that rooms do have wifi internet. Previous reviews on social media say that this hotel has spotty/no Wi-Fi in rooms. Appears to be on going issue. Given it is classed as a conference centre I don't know why they didn't have suitable internet. Throughout our other 3 weeks in Italy it was never a problem. Guests should be informed prior to stay that outdoor pool closes Sept 1st. Would have definitely spent last afternoon at pool if we could. Instead, looked at a green pool through the window. Generally grounds looked a bit overgrown and under managed. Surrounding area around hotel and roads leading into hotel were dirty and unkept.

Beautiful hotel. We couldn’t find fault in anything. Apparently the owner is an artist and the artworks and decor is stunning. Great location in the old town. We stayed in room 103 (octagonal room) and it was beautiful. It was a good large size and very comfortable. The staff are exceptional - friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent with a limited choice but more than sufficient. The rooftop garden was a beautiful space, especially at night with the lights. We had a car and their valet parking was very efficient. The only glitch was we needed to leave early but didn’t realize the staff member for parking does not start until 9am. So let reception know if you need the car earlier. As it happened he came in early so we were able to leave early. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is stunning.

Very friendly and smiling reception service. Very fast lift, breakfast that can feed an army, room on the sixth floor with a crazy view, large, mini bar, air conditioning and many other comforts. You can also use the swimming pool. Nice experience, I would do it again

We stayed 4 nights in this luxury hotel . Although it was in the second half of September all the services required were possible . It is excellent breakfast with a menu with local products and cooked at the moment plus self-service table , gentle and always with excellent tips Giusy Domenico and Martina from beautiful eyes . The spacious room , huge bathroom with equally spacious shower , terrace view large pool with table and cut flowers . The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and it is very good to stay in the hotel . Good restaurant , not too long menu and pettinates cooked well and especially tasteful . Nestled within the walls of a high-ceilinged old building, my recent stay at this hotel was quite enchanting. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable sitting area. The high ceilings really added to the overall spaciousness and felling of coziness. The bathroom was also very spacious equipped with all the toiletries. I also appreciated the hotel's amenities, including the beautiful dining area. The breakfast options were diverse and tasty, providing a great start to my day. The minor issues: the shower water was not hot enough to my like, and Wifi was slow.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our cycling holiday. The staff were excellent and the room very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We got help with the bicycles which was very good. Would highly recommend if you want to stay in Lecce

Around 15 min walk. Space room (luxury) with shower. Great TV with hdmi port. 2 chairs, big dressing, big bed. Cool breakfast. Spacious lift. The room was very clean and the night was very light-shown, as well as the air conditioning.

The city is small and the location is convenient. The room is large and the balcony is very large. It's very comfortable. The city's water quality is relatively hard, and it's not recommended to drink the boiled water with a kettle. The hotel does not provide drinking water, you need to buy it yourself.
