Honest review .... Amazing rooms spacious and modern. Pool very little sun shade and umbrellas. But OK. Our first day we experienced loud music from the bar. The second day was much better. Maybe someone had complained. The staff are stretched which is obvious. They do not appear happy of which I am not suprised about. I didn't eat here but hearing people's comments around the hotel I am pleased we haven't. Guests had ordered food and it came after one hour of waiting and then when it arrived it was cold. What we experienced was a dirty bar and tables covered in wasted food. My main concern on this trip was the life guard would rather help behind the bar than do her job which is rather worrying. Thankfully we are touring and only stayed 3 nights. Another issue we had was I requested an Iron the receptionist proudly announced that they didn't have any and also went on to say and we don't even have laundry facilities. I asked concierge if we could purchase an iron of which directions were given. I would recommend staying at another hotel until they change things. Sorry CDS. But you need to improve ... definitely not worthy of the 4 stars.

It's a very nice and new hotel with every comfortable things for your relax. The rooms are very clean and all the staff are very polite and professional. Is possible to rent bycle o take a shuttle to go to the beach near there. Wonderful week for singles and families.

Really nice hotel,staff helpful with very good English language,which was handy as my Italian is minimal,food good,room spacious and well maintained,pool and pool bar lovely Think hotel could do with a gym,and an indoor bar,and a bit more storage space in room,as after my wife had put her clothes in wardrobe/drawers,there was no space available for mine,but these didn’t spoil our stay,and would certainly return again.

SOLO UNA SERA DI VENERDÌ TRE ORE DI MUSICA E BASTA. STRUTTURA MOLTO SIMILE AD UN CIMITERO MODERNO. NESSUN SERVIZIO IN CAMERA. IN VIA DEL TUTTO ECCEZIONALE CI HANNO PORTATO UNA MATTINA LA COLAZIONE.OTTIMO PER PENSIONATI. NON CONVIENE LA MEZZA PENSIONE. DOPO EVER LAMENTATO LA QUANTITÀ SCARSA DEL CIBO SI È INCOMINCIATO A VEDERE QUALCOSA DI ACCETTABILE. ALLA RICHIESTA DI UN’ACQUA IMBOTTIGLIATA OLIGOMINERALE, I CAMERIERI QUASI OBBLIGAVANO A BERE L’ACQUA DA LORO DISTRIBUITA IN BOTTIGLIE APERTE. PER I TRE GIORNI RIMASTI, IN PISCINA IL POSACENERE ANCORA PIENO DI CICCHE DEL GIORNO PRIMA UNITAMENTE ALLE BOTTIGLIETTE VUOTE RIMASTE LÌ PER 3 GIORNI. USCITI DALLA STRUTTURA IL DESERTO ASSOLUTO. L’UNICA SPIAGGIA CONTA TRE LIDI DI CUI UNO SENZA SERVIZI. PARCHEGGIO MOLTO LONTANO A PAGAMENTO. INSOMMA UN’ODISSEA. NONOSTANTE ABBIAMO PAGATO PER UNA SETTIMANA ( CIRCA 250 EURO AL GIORNO) AL TERZO GIORNO SIAMO ANDATI VIA. MAI PIÙ. SCONSIGLIATO.
