Borgo Sentinella

Nestled in a serene haven, our stay was a truly relaxing experience. The atmosphere exuded tranquility, whisking away all worries and stress, allowing us to unwind completely. The staff at the hotel were simply fantastic. Their warm hospitality and impeccable service made us feel like cherished guests throughout our stay. They attended to our needs with genuine care and made us feel right at home. And oh, the breakfast! It was nothing short of extraordinary. The culinary delights served were a treat for our taste buds, leaving us fully satisfied and eager for each morning's feast. In summary, our time at this hotel was a delightful escape into relaxation. The soothing ambiance, incredible staff, and delectable breakfast made it an unforgettable experience. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the wonderful memories created during our stay.

Absolutely 100% wonderful!!! We would recommend this beautiful place without any hesitation. The staff, pool, room, breakfast and grounds are truly exceptional. So unique and authentic throughout. This is a must stay in the Torre dell’Orso area!

We have just returned from a 6 night stay at Borgo Sentinella. On our arrival we were welcomed with smiles and warmth from all staff members which continued throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to help was really wonderful and made our stay so relaxing. The masseria itself has been beautifully renovated. Our room was small but perfect with lovely furniture, a good shower and a small patio with seating. The pool area is absolutely stunning. The perfect setting to relax, swim and enjoy a snack and a drink from their bar. The gardens are beautifully maintained and full of colourful planters. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of fruit, cereals, cheeses, breads and cakes/pastries. It was beautifully presented every morning and kept fully replenished by the breakfast staff. A lot of the produce was local and some was grown in their vegetable garden. Breakfast is served in a lovely covered outside seating area. On the one day it rained a lovely selection was bought to our room. Parking to the rear of the property was secure and accessed by a well lit path. When we arrived at the front gate of the property our suitcases were taken to our room whilst we parked the car. There is a fairly large hotel next door but we were unbothered by noise throughout our stay. I honestly can’t recommend Borgo Sentinella enough. As soon as you arrive at the masseria you literally feel like you are in a little oasis of calm. Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay so special.
