Able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, this villa is located in Torre dell'Orso, 800 meters from the town center and 930 meters from the sandy bay of the locality, one of the main summer tourist destinations of the Salento peninsula. The three-roomed accommodation is located on the ground floor of a residential area of the renowned tourist resort of Torre dell'Orso and consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with single beds and shelves, hallway, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchenette, single sofa bed, garden with shading plants and characteristic gazebo. In the back garden you will be able to have breakfast in the open air or end the day with a barbecue, thanks also to the presence of a stone barbecue placed in the space in front. Outside you can also use an outdoor shower and sink. It is possible to refresh the entire house thanks to the presence of an air conditioner in the hallway area, there is no shortage of mosquito nets in the sleeping area, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is also stocked with all the necessary kitchenware for preparing meals. It is possible to park in the large areas adjacent to the house. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the main shops, bazaars and pharmacy of the town. The house does not allow pets to stay. None of our properties are equipped with Wifi. Linen and towels are not included.
