I stayed with my family for 3 days at this property. For the first two days, I booked a "superior" room for two people with half board (€355) and the last day, a standard room for two adults and two children, also with half board (€240). Any differences between the two? NONE!!! This isn't the only reason for my one-star rating, and I'll explain: Breakfast: a tiny dedicated area with croissants that, in my opinion, are a little dated, a hint of savory, packaged cakes, and two cartons of juice, nothing else. Half board: when you reach the property, you pay immediately upon arrival and then discover that dinner will not be served on the property but at a restaurant more than 1.5 km away from the hotel. But it doesn't end there because, once you reach the restaurant, you discover that you can eat but have to pay for drinks separately, in a half-board where in theory and also in practice I should eat and drink and if necessary even have seconds. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Rooms: Let's go back to the rooms where I mentioned earlier that there is no difference between the superior and the standard ones as they all have pre-war furnishings, televisions smaller than my tablet and, what's more, positioned close to the ceiling, shorter than normal beds (and I'm 1.80 cm tall) since my feet were dangling, hard as rocks, all of this contributed to me not being able to sleep a wink all night. In conclusion, before booking this property which, again in my opinion, shouldn't go above one star, consider all of this because the quality/price ratio is totally to the customer's detriment.
