Palazzo Marage

Just to say the worst of what happened to me. Upon my arrival I was given a 4 meter high room completely frozen, with an air conditioner on when we entered (the badge controls the electricity). The bathroom completely not air conditioned and heated with the door not working (I was locked out), and a window that did not open and without ventilation...... I left for my meeting, representing that the room was not usable at that temperature, and to be honest they inserted an extra card to leave the air conditioner on. Upon my return the bathroom was unusable and I did not use it!!!. Terrible structure.

Very nice hotel, well located close to Naples, Vesuvius and Pompeii. First of all, the first advantage is its private and secure parking if you have a vehicle rental, really practical and reassuring! Then, the hotel staff is smiling, pleasant and efficient! If you have rented "the executive suite", it is a real luxury suite, with a lovely simple and modern decoration, very spacious and really well equipped! There is a sauna available in the room, a large whirlpool bathtub, a television, a shower with different jets, a fridge etc..., but the best is on the very large furnished terrace of this suite: the jacuzzi with a view of the city, the bay of Naples and especially the Vezuve! Wifi is available, and breakfast is located on the ground floor of the hotel (only mention to improve: the quality of the breakfast products as well as the choice of them). To conclude, a very good time spent in this hotel with very good services, to do again if we are back around Naples!!

We have been guests of this structure for two days and unfortunately today we should leave it (we had asked for the possibility of an extra night but unfortunately everything is full for us😔😔😔). Excellent cleaning ..... even more! Super spacious rooms equipped with everything ..... the new and beautiful bathroom in the room. Staff friendly, helpful and always ready to satisfy every need. The cleaning ladies are two exceptional women and always with a.smile......I hope they are well considered and appreciated because it is also and above all thanks to them that the reviews are good....the.cleaning in these cases is the .first thing!!!! A beautiful, clean swimming pool with a whirlpool next to it that offers moments of relaxation every day. Strategic position to reach any location and very new structure !! Only thing..... I would add a savory variant to breakfast..... without detracting from the desserts which are exceptional and always hot, but sometimes salty is also a pleasure 😊😊 What can I say...... every time we come back here I think it will be our destination to stay!!! Le Palazzo marage, un établissement que je recommande vivement. La perfection pour vos vacances!!!! Le cadre reposant, les chambres d'une propreté irréprochable, l'accueil chaleureux une ambiance familiale et un petit dejeuner délicieux! Genaro et son équipe sera au petit soin pour vous pour vous faire passer de superbes vacances autour de Naples. Un plus le parking sécurisé alors que Torre del greco manque de parking. Pour résumer, je donne un 10/10 au Palazzo Marage et y retournerai avec un immense plaisir!!!!

Prima volta, esperienza molto positiva. La struttura è molto bella , con camere spaziose e confortevoli, io e mio marito abbiamo avuto una suite con vasca idromassaggio in camera. La pulizia impeccabile e la cura per i dettagli si vedono in ogni angolo. La struttura è dotata anche di un ampio giardino esterno e piscina dove rilassarsi, leggere un libro o socializzare con gli altri ospiti. Al mattino ci è stata offerta un’abbondante colazione continentale, con tè, caffelatte, cappuccino, espresso, accompagnati da brioche, cornetti, pane, burro e marmellata. Da rimarcare anche la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario e di tutto il personale. La struttura è dotata perfino di un parcheggio auto privato. il mio soggiorno è stato estremamente piacevole e confortevole. Consigliatissimo.
