Review: I stayed at Granserena (Bluserena) in Torre Canne, Italy, from June 10–17. What was meant to be a special birthday holiday turned into a nightmare due to a serious viral outbreak that the hotel concealed and mishandled. Starting June 14, several guests, including myself and my partner, became violently ill with vomiting and fever. The hotel’s doctor offered no official diagnosis or documentation, and staff admitted the outbreak began with an employee. Despite the severity and spread of the illness, the hotel failed to warn guests or implement any safety measures. Even when an elderly guest required an ambulance, the hotel remained silent. We were confined to our room, missed services and paid for a car rental we couldn’t use. The hotel refused to provide written confirmation of the illness, making it difficult to prove we were sick. This was not just an inconvenience—it was a health and safety failure that impacted many guests, including vulnerable individuals. I do not recommend this hotel due to their negligence and lack of transparency.

Arrived end of September to find this is the end of the season for them no ice creams, no snacks throughout the day extremely reduced service and when we asked we were told they are closing next week so everything gone ! We paid for all inclusive this is not all inclusive should not take bookings if you are unable to cater for the guests

The hotel facilities are very nice and the food is good. Very family friendly hotel! Unfortunately, our jackets were stolen from hotel storage room while checking in and the staff is refusing to assist us. Theft seems to be acceptable here.

Or on stay was amazing. Really nice Resort. Beacht - Pool - area Resort and restaurant ... you dont need to walk a lot. So it was super confortable and the kids club is also fantastic i would go again

Very nice, clean and very organized structure, excellent hotel staff, smiling and friendly. Top entertainment and beautiful shows. We hadn't found entertainment like this for years 👍

Well maintained structure, efficient service but a plus goes to the animations in addition to being true professionals are a great group of good people which is not to be taken for granted, ditto for the omnipresent director and vice.
