Trinity Mews

We have just come back from a 2 night stay at number 9. It was a great location and apartment was nice and spacious. I don’t mean to seem a complete moaner but the apartment was very tired and really quite dirty. The floors looked like they had never been cleaned and the entrance floor was just bare concrete with a mat. Even the carpets were filthy in the bedrooms. The bedding and towels were really clean and it had everything you need. There was no spare bed sheets which was annoying especially with small kids. We had to use the sofa bed too which had no extra sheets! Parking was a real pain to get a space, we had to park a few streets away however they do provide you with parking permits which is great. It was an ok stay luckily he weather was ok so did just sleep and shower there. I wouldn’t personally go back there.

16 Trinity Mews This is the best self catering apartment we have ever stayed in, Julian the owner has thought of everything you would need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The apartment is centrally located minutes from the harbour and shops, parking permits for the local streets are included.

Excellent apartment just a few minutes walk from Torquay harbour, albeit up a steep hill. Pleasantly furnished, beds very comfortable but we didn't find the sofas comfortable. Didn't use the sofa bed. Loads of crockery, cutlery and utensils in the kitchen but little space for food storage. Good WiFi connection. Lovely little private courtyard off the lounge with small table and 2 chairs. Parking is a bit limited so once we had parked, I didn't move my car! Local bus services are cheap and frequent, only 7 minutes walk away. Co-op supermarket close to apartment. I would not class this apartment suitable for disabled people. There are 2 entrances to the apartment. One is flat through the main gates but with a step up into the apartment, the other is down a flight of steps. The bathroom is quite narrow with a step of about 6 inches into the shower.

Harbour retreat number 26. Beautiful apartment, clean and stunningly decorated, stay with our little boys every year. Ideally located for Torquay and the harbour and surrounding area. We love it here. Hosts brilliant clean towels by week 2. Lovely stay and place

After a very last minute booking - 45mins and checked in after booking online, we were very pleased. The apartment was lovely, clean and well furnished - everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The kitchen was well catered - even down to a pizza cutter! The best fully functioning kitchen i have ever had self catering - everything you could possibly need. We had one issue that was dealt with promptly and that was just missing bedding for the 3rd person and was totally understandable considering it was only 45mins from booking to checking in. Everything was just wonderful and would highly recommend

The apartment was beautiful and cozy ,had everything we needed, the location was so perfect has my car parked up dint need it because of how close by everything is. The housekeeping where lovely,We the family loved it thank you and you will be seeing us again.
