Arrived at 7.30pm, to a dark and dinghy hotel, with saver lights to guide us to a supposed Suite. Broken wobbly furniture and mouldy curtains, to a dirty window. Intimidating manager, followed us to our room, when I complained about the room. My daughter, with ASD couldn’t cope, with conditions of room, or manager, so we left. Hotel chain, won’t issue a refund, even though there’s proof we didn’t stay here.
