Coastal Waters (Hotel Barton)

Whole hotel is immaculate from the steps outside,the reception area to the rooms,best nights sleep as the beds are so comfy. Everything looks new and updated.Lovely stay would definitely recommend to family and friends ,thank you again.

Raj and his family are superb, they are so friendly and helpful, if only everyone who had a business was like this nothing was too much for them. Room and food were excellent. Location is superb for the harbour and restaurants. Will definitely be coming back.

There was absolutely nothing to fault.. The guest house is beautifully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean and the rooms have everything that you require and all at a price that is so reasonable. The service from the owners was impeccable.I shall find an excuse to go to Torquay so I can stay there again!

Lovely hotel. The room is very clean and had everything you need. The owner Raj was very friendly and hospitable. Close to the city centre. Parking is close to he hotel and there is also council parking nearby. Everything you need within walking distance.

A little late adding our review but not long come back from our holiday extension. We absolutely were blown away with our stay at coastal waters, Raj and his lovely wife could not have done more to make our stay memorable, our room was super clean and beautifully decorated, the breakfasts cooked or otherwise were outstanding and again the cleanliness and decor was amazing, everything was to such high standards and nothing was too much trouble for Raj, we would highly recommend it and we will be returning. Excellent for being close to town and the harbour, in fact only a few minutes walk. Lovely views across from the rooms. Also, the quality of the full english far surpassed any other we have had at various locations. Wonderful hosts.

Can not recommend Raj and his family business enough. Amazing accommodation and service. Myself and my daughter go to torquay every year for the last 10 years and by far this is best accommodation for location and amenities! So much so we are already booked again for July 2025!

This is a great little hotel, spotlessly clean, breakfast was lovely with selection of beverages and vegetarian selections. We have been here twice now and we will definitely be back. Lovely view outside and small walk to the main town and shopping areas.

A very warm welcome from owner and his wife , spotless facilities, great location, great breakfast, comfortable. I would recommend to anyone. 300m from the harbour slight gradient. Tea and coffee refilled daily and bathroom bits. Free parking including. Around the bay so that was a bonus.

What a lovely B&B just back from a 4 night stay with a friend, wonderful warm and welcoming from Raj the owner so friendly and helpful could not do enough for us both. Beautiful clean comfy room and with everything we needed . Breakfast every morning was delicious thanks to his wife, plenty of options and was served with a smile and chat from Raj a very nice start to the day. Towels changed as often as needed and room cleaned every day . Great location by the harbour easy access to town and plenty of nice restaurants and bars around . Could highly recommend this cute B&B and the number of repeat people that we spoke to shows how lovely coastal waters is . We are looking to book again for next year, which is something we never normally do but we simply loved this little place . This year as been a tough one for the UK tourism due to our bad weather this year so if anyone is looking for a beautiful getaway in a lovely B&B on the English riviera, myself and my friend Caire highly recommend this.
