Such a friendly, exceptionally cosy, clean and wonderful little guest house, with Scott and Lyn catering to my every need. So welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Room clean, bed very comfortable and equipped with everything you need: toiletries, towels, TV, shower with lovely hot water! Lots of electrical sockets, wardrobe, dressing table and drawers. Tea tray with biscuits and cold bottled water they bring on arrival. It’s the little things!! 5 minute walk to beach with Cliff railway down with cafes, bars, ice cream… So glad I came. :) 100% recommend.

Lovely guest house close to Babbacombe theatre. Very welcoming with nice cosy room with a comfortable bed. Nice selection of breakfast and lovely owners giving it a very personal touch. Would definitely recommend Babbacombe Palms Guest House and will stay again if in the area.

A lovely guest house only a stones throw from the pretty cliff top views. Very friendly and thoughtful, accommodating our dogs as well. Comfortable , spacious and charming. Thank you for a super overnight stay.

Located in lovely and safe area with free on road parking outside. Very quiet. Walking distance to coast, to theatre, restaurants and shops. Comfortable clean room and great cooked breakfast. Friendly, welcoming hosts.

An excellent stay with Scott and Lynn. Welcoming, helpful with suggestions of where to eat in the evening. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Good quality. Nothing was too much trouble.

Enjoyed a three night stay at Babbacombe Palms it’s situated on a quiet road with free parking which is a real bonus. We were made to feel welcome by Scott and Lynn, they were very informative about the area and places to eat out. Room was very clean and comfortable with a good hospitality tray. The cooked breakfast was superb with a good choice of cooked items, also fresh fruit and cereals were available. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice and clean, easy accessible to shops , buses, restaurants and sea front. Scott & Lynn are perfect hosts. Good food and a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.
