Such a friendly, exceptionally cosy, clean and wonderful little guest house, with Scott and Lyn catering to my every need. So welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Room clean, bed very comfortable and equipped with everything you need: toiletries, towels, TV, shower with lovely hot water! Lots of electrical sockets, wardrobe, dressing table and drawers. Tea tray with biscuits and cold bottled water they bring on arrival. It’s the little things!! 5 minute walk to beach with Cliff railway down with cafes, bars, ice cream… So glad I came. :) 100% recommend.

Nice and clean, easy accessible to shops , buses, restaurants and sea front. Scott & Lynn are perfect hosts. Good food and a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.

8th or 9th year staying at the Babbacombe Palms - 4th year with Scott and Lyne at the helm - all our expectations met and we thoroughly enjoyed the 4 nights room and breakfast. Excellent service and clean as as always

Fabulously run B&B. The hosts are amazing and so friendly - nothing is too much for them. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was also comfortable. We wouldn’t look for anywhere else to stay when we return to the area.

Beautifully clean room. Lynn and Scott are always very welcoming.They even put a birthday banner up and a candle in my breakfast to celebrate my birthday. A lovely sincere touch.Such caring and genuine people.We always stay if there is a room available. We cannot recommend this lovely little gem highly enough. Thank you so much for the perfect stay.we are sure we will be back again soon.

Warm welcome and accommodating hosts; clean room; comfy bed; plenty of tea /coffee/biscuits. Freedom to collect extra milk from fridge for drinks - really nice touch. Smells of fresh linen when you walk through the door. All areas are nicely presented. It was great that we didn’t hear other guests. We had a room at the rear of the property so didn’t hear the main road. It was quite a warm night but managed to stay cool with the window open and slept well in the superking size bed. Only downside was the en-suite and particularly the shower cubicle was small so the shower curtain sticks to one’s body. However it was functional and clean. For info - it doesn’t appear to have disabled access rooms . Not a criticism just an observation. Parking is available on side streets only. Nearest bus stop is St Albans Road. It’s currently £2 single to Torquay , as far as the train station. Catch nos 11 / 22
