Really good premier inn. Would stay here again only problem that it was a little dusty on top of the pictures. Breakfast was very good. Good sleep. On the premier Inn website it showed a purple headboard but it was grey. Soft pillows were very comfortable.

If you want breakfast not on time, have to march up flights of stairs and walk to the very far end of the car park to get to your car and pay for the privilege, this place is for you. Would seriously consider looking elsewhere next time. Having said that, hotel was very clean looked great and rooms were ok if not a little cramped. Chucking a couple of camp beds down in a double room and then rebranding it as a family room was a bit rich.

we stayed at premier Inn Harbour side in Torquay , staff was very friendly and helpful, we stayed in a premier plus room and my partner found the bed too high and the parking was ok but needs more pedestrian walkway but overall very good hotel and situated perfect for the town and Harbour , breakfast was very good and staff extremely friendly . we enjoyed our 4 day stay .

Sort the windows out! Some kind of serious design flaw means that the sound of the rain on the window ledge is almost deafening and it's impossible to sleep! My kids and I were kept awake from the early hours of the morning. Even though the glazing is good and no other sounds come in. We won't be staying again!

Arrived to be told if they hadn't made our room into a quad let them know , room wasn't made up so we let them know straight away and returned around 730pm to find it still not done. Went to reception to be told 5 minutes they would do it over 20 min later had to go back and complain. In the end we took the bedding off them and made the beds ourselves as this was 830pm and kids wanted to go to bed and she told us we had to be out the room when she did it, well we were for about 4 hours in the time they had to make this up after we first asked . Still had to go back for the fourth time as they hadn't given us enough bedding. Few days later we asked for our room to be made up or at least fresh towels, empty our bin and toilet roll. Again this wasn't done so another trip to reception. Location is great breakfast is good although the staff don't seem to have a clue what they are doing, one member of staff said he couldn't book breakfast for our friends and it had to be booked on the day which wasnt true hence the printed sheet he had of bookings for that morning, another member of staff tried to over charge our friends breakfast and said she had to work it out in her head because the computer doesn't do it (she also had her name tag half conveniently covered up by a badge) . There is no apology for the lack of customer service either. I'm not sure if the staff just don't care or lack training. Would never return to this hotel poorly because they just don't seem to care. Car park is located behind. You can either pay the council price or the Premier inn price, but you don't save much either way. I have always been a fan of Premier Inns, but when you book a family room with 1 towel and just one double bed and 2 mugs clearly not made up, it is poor. Also to note we wearnt the only ones having to complain to reception.

Booked a room for a family of 4, on check-in was told room might not be set up as a quad??? And to go back to reception if that is the case. Get to room and suprise suprise it was only set up for single occupancy with only one towel + a double bed made up. Spoke to reception who said it will be done ready for when you get back later. Arrived back at hotel at 8PM with young kids ready to go to bed, to find nothing had been done with room. Went back to reception who said they would do it straight away. Waited 20minutes and no one came to room, went back to reception again and managed to get someone to come to room with bedding. We said we would set up room ourselves as kids were ready to get into bed, only to find out they had only given bedding for one more bed, not both. So back to reception again to ask for more bedding. On the 3rd day we asked for a room clean (for some reason at this hotel you have to request a clean, it's not the norm for it to be done daily??) . Said we need new towels, toilet paper and a bin empty, was told this would be done between 11AM and 3PM. Got back to hotel at 4.30PM ready to have a shower to go out for dinner and it was no suprise to find no one had been in our room. Toilet paper was empty and wet towels were still in bath - another visit to reception and waited there to be handed towels and toilet paper as had no faith in it being delivered to the room. Breakfast at hotel was good, parking is a shambles - if staying for more than 3 nights you are betting off buying a multi day ticket from council for parking, It's cheaper and you can park closer to the hotel. Rather than paying £9.50 a night to park at the furthest point away possible from the hotel. Also the multi day ticket can be used at some other car parks in Brixham and Paignton. Location is good, short walk down to the harbour. Hotel needs staff retraining or some systems changing as current set up is not working. We waited in reception a few times while waiting for friends to arrive and there was lots of other people complaining about similar issues to ours.

Was a lovely couple nights stay. Only a short walk from the town centre and The Harbourside also the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a lovely few days getaway. It has lovely places to go eat and to go drink so would highly recommend booking this hotel.

The best room with a fab view over the marina, lovely and quiet. Staff were brilliant and food was good. Its such a well placed hotel which is central to everything. Just a short walk to shops, marina etc. Torquay is a place we love and the hotel is new so their Premier Plus rooms are lovely.

The experience from start to finish was very enjoyable staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is quite luxurious and clean more akin with more expensive/select hotels. The room was beautiful and relatively spacious with a lovely en-suite with rainfall shower. The bed was so comfortable and I slept so soundly and woke up relaxed and ready for the day. The restaurant food was really good, well prepared and cooked and presented well, there is also a a good selection of food. Overall an amazing stay far beyond my expectation.
