The front desk staff was not familiar with what he’s doing and needed help from the other lady, She came to help with checking in but was so rude…the whole process took literally 20 mins , because when the told me to insert the credit card, the machine beeped and quit. She first said “you don’t use debit!” I told her this is a credit card, then she said “you should insert instead of tap! Insert!” The I said “I did insert!” She rolled her eyes and replied “it says ‘bad tap’ because you tapped!” I was like ***!? I didn’t say anything because I had my kids with me! After another 5 mins waiting, I didn’t even say anything. she rolled her eyes on me and said “ just wait , ok?” I guess this is the last time I’m staying at this hotel.

It's an apartment but very neat The person in charge communicated with us patiently There is a parking space Also gave us early check-in Overall the experience was very good

Booked the room for my parent during their visit to Toronto. Initially booked for 2 queen bed but the front desk was very nice to upgrade their room to a King Size bed. Room size is big and amenities are quite complete in the room. Location might be abit far from downtown but reachable within 40 mins by using public transportation. Plus have abundance of restaurants nearby as well. Definitely recommend this hotel if you looking for affordable hotel.

We are renting for professional working people, students and travelers. The house is clean, spacious and in good neighbour. Private bedroom with key lock. Room is furnished with Queen size bed, Hydro, Water, Heat, AC, Wifi Internet are included.Our house is very convenient, just between 2 to 5 minutes walking distance to everything you need: Lawrence West Subway Station, Lawrence Square Mall, Fortinos Supermarket, Cineplex, bus stops, Yorkdale Mall, Yorkdale Subway Station, next to CIBC Bank head office, all other Banks, Bathurst Plaza, Parks & Schools, minutes to Downtown Core, Highway 401 and Allen Expressway.Guests also have access to the living room, dining room, foyer, kitchen island, sofa, the backyard, and patio. This hotel was very easy to book through Titanium elite services. They made the process very easy and gave us a nice upgrade. They were very helpful with accommodating with the suite that offers a small full kitchen including dishwasher, silverware, microwave, regular size fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker Lots of living room space and tv in living-room and bedroom. Easy for parking. They have space outside for large F250 trucks since a truck won’t fit in their covered parking.

Location is good. just 2-3 mins walk to College Station. Breakfast is nice at the restaurant in lobby floor. It’s also easy to find restaurants in Yonge Street, just 6-15 mins walk to North or South or take TTC to other place. You could book a Niagara Falls & pick-up at the hotel.

Breakfast has always been the same, taste can be, mainly you can cook yourself, free parking, close to the subway station, Wal-Mart, IKEA, easy to go out and buy things.

Location, location, location! We come from USA. We had a very happy stay in this Hotel. Downstair is a Subway station, Parking Lot and Walkway to a big Supmarket! Room price and Parking price are resonable. Room is very clean and has a good view. Front desk is very polite and efficient. We will come back for sure.

This is a Marriott property so there’s a certain standard that you could be rest assured you will have-there’s a bistro serving dinner fare from 5 to 10pm-breakfast is served 7-11am-there are a few computers where you can print out your boarding passes and go on the Internet. We had 2 Queens on the top floor -AC was strong -housekeeping was wonderful. Firass Ismail (Manager) really took care of us and Napoleon and the front staff were impeccable. Already planning to come back in Oct 2022. Thank you so much.

Got to the hotel a little after 9 am as my flight got in earlier than expected. It was raining and cold. Was wondering if they'd have a room that early to give me and yes they did😁😃😄I was checked in immediately and given a room on the 29th floor. Lovely room with a view of CN TOWER. Nothing was lacking. Room was fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. All the staff I encountered during my 4 night's stay was very pleasant and helpful. I am looking forward to my next trip to Toronto in August and I will be rebook this hotel for sure. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to everyone there who made my stay there a memorable one.
