Location is superb! Shoppers opened for 24hrs and Loblaws are right nearby. It’s also near to metro station and got loads of restaurant to eat around. Staffs are also polite and helpful. Aircon is working and quiet enough for a good sleep. Carpet is quite old and dirty tho, and the water pressure for shower is insufficient :( If you want to drink hot water, you will have to borrow a kettle from the reception.

I just stayed for one night, so I didn’t experience much of the equipment. The room is clean and nice, and the service is timely. The hotel is near Osgoode subway station, in the busy downtown area. The room's light was dim, which made it unsuitable for writing and working at night. I didn’t get a chance to check my bag (after check-out and before leaving the city) because the staff was not always at the designated spot in the lobby—I didn’t have time to wait for them to come back.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I choosed family suit for myself and a friend at an affordable price. The room was specious and open with a view of Allan Gardens across Jarvis Street. Everything was clean, and the service was amazing. Hotel reception is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was self service, variety of most usual choices. I like walking and I found it safe even in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and all is good. It was a lovely surprise as it was a last minute booking after our Airbnb (paid) reservation became unresponsive. We are very glad we found this Suites. We particularly like the sitting room where we could sit down for a rest and watch TV, have a takeaway for dinner. The microwave comes in very handy (although we love to have a basic kitchen!) . Location: about 5 mins walk from the Queen station, there is actually an exit right in front of the hotel but you need to know how to navigate underground. It would be handy if it rains. It's 7 mins walk to the Eaton Centre where there are urban eateries, and you can take a tram to Chinatown. About 20 mins walk to CN tower and the harbour front, although you may want to just catch the subway. There is a 24-h supermarket across the road. Service: really friendly hotel staff check in and out, one of the housekeeping lady is also very friendly. No fault at all. The room is quite modern, spacious and new. If I had to find something to say, I would prefer to have the duvet put inside a cover rather than sandwiched between two bedsheets (which seemed to be the norm in Canada?), but I'm not fuss about it. All in all, we will definitely come back again.

Location: The hotel is not connected to the PATH, that you can walk completely indoor from lakeshore all the way to Dundas street, with access to loads of restaurants and shops. The southest connected building is one street across the hotel. The room was newly renovated, yet it was not in a modern way: the room lights were not turn on by slot in the room card at the entrance (actually there's no such upgrade in the room at all!). I have turn on every single light when I go into the room and turn them off before I sleep. There's at least 6 of them! Do not disturb sign still required to hang out the tag on the door handle, which fell off everytime you open the door!! super annoying The lobby bar food were good and especially the staff were very friendly. House keeping service were slow - I have to call to remind them to bring my items.

Everything was great. The only issue is that the fire alarm went off at 2am waking us up in the middle of the night, having to wait until it was cleared. We understand it was not the hotel’s fault, but it was inconvenient at the time.

The location was great and the breakfast was great there. It just 2 minute away from the subway station- College. And there’s a 24 hours supermarket next to it. If you love to walk, it takes about 30 mins to the CN tower and 5 mins more to the water front!

It's about 10 minutes away from King's Metro Station. It's very convenient to take the streetcar. Lawrence Market is only a 5-minute walk away. There are few breakfast options, and it's very convenient to basically go to attractions.

We loved our hotel. Went for our anniversary and are so happy we did. Has a cool vintage Hollywood vibe, combined with a super modern vibe too with some cool remote control stuff in the rooms. Would definitely go back!

Amazing
GGuest UserWOW!!!! This hotel is the total package of; Awesome, extremely, kind, and considerate employees and that is everyone! From the super happy and helpful Beth (Bethlehem) at the front counter, the cheerful and funny room service gentleman, the sunny and bubbly wait staff in their dining facilities, and of course the all-important behind the scene cleaning staff which kept this hotel the cleanest I have ever seen! The lobby was welcoming, clean (you will read this word a few times in my review), and well-appointed. Check-in was a breeze and Beth got us to our room quickly after traveling for over 12 hours on the train. We were too tired to go out to eat so we called room service. The food was excellent, timely, and plenty of it. The room was spotless, everything was so clean you could feel it when you first entered the modern and beautifully decorated room. The layout was so unique, with plenty of storage, extensive use of glass throughout the room, and, customizable lighting. A huge glass shower with a large overhead rainfall showerhead. The breakfast buffet was great, hot, and filling, and the restaurant was very, very clean and had a great cup of coffee as well! The only issue some people may have is the price. For the area, it was located in and the local attractions just minutes away by walking, well worth the price as you get top value for your money. A 2-minute walk to Union Station Via rail, GO train, and the Pearson train was a bonus. Our go-to hotel for Toronto! Thank you, Beth and the rest of the staff for the best, restful stay. FYI, I am no stranger to hotels whether here or abroad having traveled extensively as a military crewmember as well for our pleasure trips. Stayed in 0 stars to ”Dubai” star hotels from cheap to expensive and everything in between.

Aaileen_niThe location is very good. Take the UP Express from Pearson Airport to Union Station for three stops, then transfer to the subway for two stops to Queen Station, and walk for three or four minutes. Walk through the Eaton Center to the City Hall. Behind the hotel is Haidilao, which is really delicious and affordable compared to Western food. Dundas Square, Miniature Canada, and the cheap supermarket Dollarama are also four or five minutes away on foot. It is also very convenient to take the tram to the attractions. After 7 o'clock, go to Burger King behind the hotel for breakfast, and you can also get drinking water. The room is clean and tidy. You can vaguely hear the hourly bell of the old City Hall. If you need to clean the room, tell the front desk, otherwise it will not be cleaned. There are towels, toothbrush cups, paper towels, coffee machines, hair dryers, hangers, but nothing else, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, kettles, etc. The cover photo of Ctrip is the old house theater next to the hotel, and the hotel itself is a high-rise building.

LLiuChiThe hotel’s location is excellent – an easy train ride from the airport to downtown, and just a 10-minute walk from the station. There’s a Starbucks right across the street, which was very convenient. On the evening of check-in, there was live music in the lobby, creating a lively, vibrant atmosphere. The room itself was spacious with great amenities, including a stovetop and kitchenware, allowing us to make breakfast and simple meals – a rare and much-appreciated feature! The shower was great, and soundproofing was well done. The only minor issue was that I couldn’t connect my computer to the TV screen for easier work setup. The screen mirroring feature didn’t work, and the connecting cable was quite short, but since it wasn’t essential, I didn’t contact the front desk. Overall, a wonderful stay – 4.5/5!

TTimoshaThe hotel is only about 7 minutes away from the railway. There are drug stores and different types of restaurants nearby, including Chinese, Japanese, *********, Korean, Vietnamese, etc., with a wide variety of dishes. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous. I will consider staying here again if I visit Toronto again.

Nnan thaiVery close to the Union station, easy to find and access. Many food place around. Convenient for walk around not too far from CN tower. For anyone who has to take flight from Billy Bishop Airport, highly recommend. The complementary shuttle bus just front door of the hotel depart every 15-30 minutes.. Amenity is very eco friendly, organics product I think The housekeeper not clean well when I arrived, still leftover the previous guest garbage in ice bucket, stocking package was left in the drawer and no shower math for the first night

GGuest UserThe overall experience of staying in the suite hotel this time was not very good. The room was indeed large and the air conditioner was turned to the maximum, but the temperature in the living room was suitable, but the bedroom still felt a little cold. The room facilities were relatively old, and there were not many utensils available in the kitchen. It was not realistic to cook a good meal, so I could only make do with it.
