My brother and I stayed there at crowned plaza Toronto for 2 days, as we are planning to explore the city. My brother got to watch Chris brown concert at Roger stadium while me and my friend meet and get along, roaming around the city and CN tower taking photos. We are glad that we have a place to stay since we live afar, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and we’ll be staying here for any future trips to Toronto.

With a good welcome and excellent room service. A hotel even with the signs of age but very well maintained. An acceptable breakfast buffet. The only unacceptable charge is the parking fee of 28$ per night (I don't see why with a hotel 30mn from the downtown).
It was a great value hotel, close to the airport, with an airport shuttle, free breakfast, and a pool. The shuttle driver who initially picked us up at the airport was extremely rude.
However, around 3 a.m., the fire alarm rang loudly for 10 minutes, preventing us from sleeping. We called the front desk and they said it was a mistake, but it wasn't until a fire truck arrived that it was put out. Our plans to rest near the airport and continue our activities were dashed, and we were all exhausted.
However, perhaps because Canada wanted it that way, the hotel didn't even apologize when we checked out.
The restaurants listed as being near the hotel were closed, so we had to take a taxi to get to dinner. There are plenty of restaurants within a taxi ride.
Hi there whoever is reading this comment please tighten your seatbelt because there’s a lot to know. First of all if you need something and you try to call the front desk or any other service , nobody will answer even if u try 1000 times. The coffee maker was not working in my room so I requested a lady who was cleaning the next room to kindly come and check and trust me I did this thrice but no one showed up. Horrible. Secondly their breakfast sucks… especially if you’re Indian. I wish I could have taken the pictures of the fruits which was not sliced and kept as a whole who does that? No good tea and coffee ,no items of chicken except sausages, nothing is good and it costed 25$ each for a bf buffet. Not worthy at all. Thirdly their hygiene, I wish I could have taken the picture of the plates and bowls kept there for breakfast. For a moment I thought it’s a used one but no. They were dirty and not washed properly. Last but not the least anyone who is booking this hotel ( especially an Indian) don’t waste your 25$ for breakfast instead go to a nearby Indian restaurant. There you will get good food. I regret so much staying here. This was our first time and it was a waste. We really expected a good time as it’s a big name but unfortunately it’s all just not worth it.
Thumbs up to the hotel [strong] From the environment to the facilities and services, the overall experience is very good. Especially the front desk, the service quality is first-class, the attitude is friendly, the problem is handled efficiently, without dragging their feet, good at actively communicating with guests, solving problems neatly, showing a special super strong work ability, the guests are very satisfied [smile] The spirit and work attitude of the front desk team are good [OK] I hope the hotel leaders will praise and reward such a good manager who is so popular with guests [rose] I also wish the hotel will get better and better [namaste]
The receptionist on the first day was very friendly and checked us in once we arrived at the hotel.
Breakfast starts at 630am, therefore, we're able to grab breakfast before our private Toronto tour operator picked us daily.
They also arranged free transfer from hotel to Toronto Pearson Airport.
However on the day of transfer to the airport we were down earlier than the pick up time but the receptionist was not too accommodating.
Overall it's a pleasant stay at the hotel.
I was there for less than 24 hours but it was a nice stay. Everyone was friendly, everything was clean and it was easier to find my way around than I thought it would be. The direction signs posted all around are super helpful and easy to follow. I would definitely go back there for another concert at the Theater.

Great
DDory·LThis was my second stay. I was particularly impressed by the coffee machine in the lobby and the simple breakfast offered daily. The complimentary airport shuttle also made my overall travel arrangements very convenient. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. If you're comfortable using the local public transport, you'll find a bus stop within a 3 to 5-minute walk. I forgot to take photos during this second visit, but I easily used the bus to get to Mississauga city center and even Toronto's Union Station, which was incredibly convenient.
GGuest UserPros :
Very professional and nice staff
Very clean rooms
Nice Pool and GYM
Cons :
Breakfast area and choice. It's the only thing that bothered me, but i might be wrong, it was a long WE and the hotel was crowded, and with that that staff was able to serve food. I think it's a place where the refugees/immigrants are welcomed , which make it crowded
RRuilinAfter getting off the bus, you have to walk for a while to get there. The scorching sun was scorching hot, and it was difficult to get the room card, but I couldn't open it in various directions. Go back to the front desk on the first floor. The front desk didn't say sorry, just took the card and put it on the machine and gave it back to me.
There is a shuttle bus to the airport.
Wi-Fi is not very stable, so it works fine.
Breakfast is $9.04 per person, and there are three set menus to choose from. It needs to be booked in advance, and the meal will be picked up at the front desk the next day.
NNeillyThe staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately one toilet wasn't working properly in the suite and there was no hot water in the other washroom. I did not want it fixed during my stay but they made sure I was comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was tasty and there were a variety of options for all dietary needs.
GGuest UserHotel is very close to Pearson Airport, looks fair from outside and it's clean & neat inside. It offers free shuttle buses.
The hallways and some of the furniture is old/tired looking, but the room is clean and comfortable. Overall, it's a fine place to stay for a night while business traveling.
AAnonymous UserIt takes about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The sanitation and environment are good, comparable to domestic three- and four-star hotels, and the facilities are comparable to three-star hotels. The heater is too loud, and you need to wear earplugs to fall asleep. The door is not soundproof, and the voices of people passing by are very obvious.
