Very nice..Beautiful view. I would stay there again. A little disappointed with the size of the pool and having to reserve a 2 hour window to be poolside but besides that it was the perfect distance from both BMO field and The Budweiser Stage. Staff were courteous and friendly too.

Good location for what we needed. Not downtown but easy to get to. Fire alarm went off the first night which was a little annoying but otherwise great.

The hotel was under renovations which limited the bar/pool experience I was hoping for. The restaurant was limited on its menu and I didn’t like that the Bar area closes early on a Saturday night

Mattress for a quality hotel like this very sub par, as is the size of shower and size of bathroom itself , for a corner king JR suite, unimpressive for the price. I won’t return.

Everything is great except the location is a bit far from dt! The hotel is very new and the service attitude is super good. We asked for help with printing and it was ready quickly.

The entire experience from start to finish was incredible. The staff were helpful, attentive and very polite. The room was clean and organized. The view from our room facing the city Eastwards was absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the city.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room service was exceptional for plant-based/vegan choices!!! Would stay agsin just for that because it was so good!! We enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff was very helpful. In the winter, the hotel is a bit far away from restaurants and activities. Also, there is no main level bar.

We have always talked about staying at this hotel, and I’m finally glad we did!! This hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Love every part of it and can’t wait to come back.

It's a really nice hotel with a great view from the lake or the city, depending on where you stay. Great staff, cocktails on the 28th floor were great and dinner super casual at the Roses restaurant. Only thing they could improve is the toilet paper.

The hotel amenities were great, and we took full advantage of their group classes, pool, gym, rooftop restaurant, and cafe! Underground parking was a huge plus, too. Very comfortable and clean room.

Excellent hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great valet service. Great location. Amazing gym. No complaints here!!
