To all my Friends and loved ones. Avoid Canada at all costs, especially the Toronto airport. The ground crew are Beyond Incompetent. If you are wondering if I have the qualifications to make such an announcement, the answer is Absolutely. The most disheartening thing and the action that took my breath away. After 4 hours of waiting in line the family behind us was told that air Canada desk is now closing so go to the other end of the airport. I turned my head to then see the woman crying and pleading we were sent from that side before please help us. And the answer was NO!!!!!!! If you are wondering if we made it to Dallas yesterday, the answer is NO. Why one might ask? AIR CANADA AND THE GROUND CREW. #aircanada
