The room was reasonably sized and spacious, with amenities like a coffee maker. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk from the CN Tower, Union Station, and Chinatown. However, the hotel's location on the downtown street made it quite noisy at night, and I could barely sleep with earplugs. Furthermore, the hotel is a newer, self-service establishment, with no staff most of the time, making communication difficult. (For example, I tried to request a quieter room, but ultimately failed.)

Great location. Clean and comfortable accommodations. The high, deep tub made it challenging to get in and out of the shower. Not suitable for individuals with mobility problems. Otherwise, a nice stay overall.

Keypad did not work, no staff on premises, no microwave, no counter space in the bathroom and ridiculously large heavy glass bathroom door.

Perfect Location
This was a pleasure trip and I wanted to be near the Arena's. 100% perfect location! Clean, easy to access, affordable and a less than 15 min walk to HHOF, Scotia Arena and the Roger Center. If you like Pizza, Grand Assembly is right across the street. Well worth it!

Cost-effective option in highly sought after area
Overall, I had a comfortable stay. Generally well-maintained, although the bathroom could have used a thorough clean (lots of little hairs in the bathtub).

All good except the confusing “white box” at entry that was not white and I could not find it in the rain at night because it was black! Very stressful when it’s raining and I got in after midnight. Took an extra 30 minutes before someone came to my rescue. Thnx

Nice hotel with good accommodation even tho there is no in-person staff. Worst part is that the walls are thin and you can hear every noise from the city to the neighboring room. They provide earplugs but I cant sleep with those in.

I’ve stayed at sonders in Brooklyn NY and did not like my stay at all but loved my stay at this location very clean and comfortable all the amenities that I needed were included! Great location as well a walk away from food, shopping, transportation and groceries. Only thing is the floor to ceiling windows on the first floor should have curtains/blinds but other than that I really enjoyed my stay. Would book this place again
