Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check in from the age of 18, but with increased deposit. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building. - Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon request and not included in the price. Please request in advance as it could be booked. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - We have travel cribs (for 0-18-month-old babies) and bed rails. Fee per one item per night.
