This property was discribed properly, very easy instructions from check in to checkout.
I will stay here on my next visit to Toronto as all amenities are near and you are in the heart of DT
This suit was spacious much better than a hotel in my opinion

This is not a hotel yet it advertised as one The room was in horrid shape, broken windows all over, cardboard taped over broken windows, tape was holding the walls together and in very bad shape, looked like a huge Rave/house party had taken place and left that way Everything was damaged and broken Room was definitely not cleaned to a hotel standard. Half used bottles of shampoo and soap in bathroom, blinds were broken and fallen to the floor. DO NOT STAY HERE. Overpriced, horrible upkeep, dirty. STAY AWAY Look at photos gif confirmation of my review

I loved my stay at Canada suites. we were here for 6 days, It is located close to everything you may need in downtown Toronto - groceries, hospitals, schools, restaurants, parks etc.
Clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Though this is an unmanned property, no one is gonna help with your luggage but for everything else you may need, there is a communication channel. All my requests/enquiries were promptly attended to.

Very spacious flat near Sick Kids hospital. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and even had measuring cups! Very clean. We opted for an optional cleaning service every week and Barbara and her team were great !

Truly speaking the building and the reception was perfect. However, wish there could be someone as caretaker in the reception incase one encounters challenge with self check in she or he may assist.

We booked this stay for one of our staff members and she was very happy with the suite. She was pregnant and asked for there to be no chemicals or smells which the property accommodated. There was even a nice chocolate present waiting upon her arrival. Thank you for taking care of our staff.
