Very convenient location. The stairs are steep and staff are helpful to carry luggage to room. There is a kitchen in the basement for storing and cooking foods.
Staff are friendly and willing to cater for your need.Only one parking space available and advanced booking is required.

這是一個由在加拿大日本人開的小旅店，服務態度惡劣，對中國人極不友好，是地道的黑店非常不推薦入住。旅店設施老舊，房時均沒有窗，定的豪華間房型個異，有的房間佈局很不好。旅店位置還可以，但周邊環境不好，街對面是無家可歸者營地，安全性較差。服務態度更差，同前台交流不暢，英語比較差，沒有信譽，事前説好約定，被亂收了高額的行李寄存費。
再説一遍，國人千萬別定這個旅店。

事前にチャットで約束したチェックイン時間(1人で清掃をしてるので決めた時間にドアベルを鳴らしてほしいと言われ、時間を決めていた)に行ってドアベルを鳴らすも10分以上ゲートの外で待たされました。朝だったのでチェックインではなく荷物を預けたのですが、その際トイレや部屋、キッチンの場所の説明はなし。古い建物で非常に入り組んでいて場所が分かりにくかったです。その後連泊をして出るまでスタッフの方とは一度も会えませんでした。部屋は清潔で、便利な立地にありますが、建物はかなり古い&スタッフはほとんど常駐せずと言った感じです。
