There is indoor parking, but it is a few steps away and the parking lot is in another building. The room is clean, simple, with kitchen equipment, no utensils. It is a student apartment dormitory.

The apartment building for college students is relatively new, the equipment is OK, and the price is not expensive. The disadvantage is that the bed is too small and unstable. No hair dryer. The location is a little far away. Sanitation is okay, and the price/performance ratio is good. It is most convenient to drive

Very nice place to stay, its near taking bus from the place to the metro station, good staff and very clean

It’s an ok stay for the money paid. But don’t forget an item behind or you will have to go back there in person. They don’t pick up the phone when you call them. No way to reach any one. Very disappointed in the service.

this is a student housing building at seneca college and i think it exceeded my expectations. the room i was in had 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. it can sleep up to 4 people and for us, it was perfect for what we were looking for. the first thing i really noticed was how clean the place was. it’s only steps to a bus stop and it’s a quick bus ride to the main TTC subway station (finch station). i would definitely stay here again and i’d recommend to anyone. the only thing to keep in mind is that i believe they *may* only be operational as a hotel in the summer when fewer classes are going on.

Large and clean rooms. Nice and helpful personal. I recommend to write on the website more clear description about the kitchen, that no oven or any utensils (plates, cups, cutlery, etc) are available. The kitchen was unuseful for us and we hade to spend more money to eat outside. We were optimistic about distance to downtown but estimated this wrong due to bad transpiration possibilities to downtown or to airport. It took us long time and higher money expenditures for public transportation and taxis

The apartment is very clean and there are 2 bedrooms, brand new refrigerator, and microwave , bring your own utensils, we had a quiet and comfortable night, just.what we needed .

Was nice and clean however had a weird musty smell. Could use some mirrors in the bedrooms . No mirrors made it hard for us girls to get ready when there are 4 sharing one washroom.

The staff were fantastic. They were dealing with something when I got there but were still super attentive and kind. My room key didn't work and I had to go down to the front desk 3 times. They came upstairs to help and when it was determined the lock wasn't working they got me into a new room right away. The place was very clean, nice, and spacious! I was shocked at how comfortable the beds were, I wasn't expecting the beds to be that comfortable due to it being a college residence but I had fantastic sleeps on a super comfy bed, plus I got to watch some movies/tv before bed! The full size fridge was awesome too! Well worth the money and I would definitely stay there again if I ever make it back to Toronto! Also AC in this heat is a plus! All in all awesome experience! Also very affordable compared to any hotel in the city.

The conference centre was easy to find and had free parking close to the hotel. All areas of the hotel were spotless. The staff were friendly and could answer all questions easily. 24 hour security on site. Price was good for the area. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The 2 bedrooms with kitchenette was very clean and great location and place to stay in Toronto at a great price. The only thing is that there are no small appliances, i.e. coffee pot, dishes, utensils, etc in the kitchenette. I will definitely come back when staying in Toronto.

The rooms were clean, exactly as described. The mattresses however, were pretty terrible- very soft, sunk way down in the middle
