Great hotel, centrally located with easy access to the path. Staff were very helpful and the room was better than expected. Will book again.

I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only is the service top-notch, but the location is simply fantastic. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I highly recommend it!

There was no Wi-Fi for 3 days which was inconvenient for me and my family. The environment of the hotel was quiet and comfortable in general and my family could rest well. The location was also convenient.

I would strongly discourage considering this hotel. It is truly regrettable that the hotel staff is ignoring my politely requested basic inquiries via email. Instead of prioritizing their own convenience, they should consider finding flexible solutions to address customers' basic requests. Some staff members not even reading customer emails is a serious issue, and encountering insects in the room was quite surprising.

It was nice. And there are complimentary small muffins and coffee for overnight customers in the morning!

Just a run of the mill, no-frills hotel. Front desk was nice enough but don't expect any special service like a major hotel chain. They do not bring anything up to your room, they do not have any vending machines. They are very strict about their quiet policy and make you sign a waiver. Can't speak for the other rooms but our water pressure was absolutely horrendous - like dribble coming out of a baby's mouth lol. Anyway, if you are looking for a no-frills place to just spend the night this is your spot.

The location is good and the facilities are clean, so it is quite convenient when traveling. Considering the price, you might think it's a bit expensive, but when you actually go to Union Station and City Hall, you're really satisfied.

Except for the high price, there is nothing wrong with it. The room was very large, the ensuite was very comfortable, the sofa in the living room can be turned into a sofa bed. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the washstand is large, and there is a makeup mirror. There is a simple bar with microwave and small refrigerator, coffee maker, and dining table. The service attitude is very good.

In addition to the good location, there is nothing outstanding. The facilities are old, slippers are not provided, the parking fee is relatively expensive, and the price/performance ratio is not high.

The city center is very convenient, close to the shopping center.
