A nice hotel overall, its just that some of the room facilities are dated and worn. Still pleasant to stay at with nice food and bar.

ok location. Service sometimes v good sometimes average. most personnel fine, specially Ryan.
Pool is much pooler than photo. Perhaps the best hot dog in Toronto in a street truck next to hotel!;)

We stayed in the 20th floor and the views were amazing, the location of the hotel is very central so all downtown area was easily accessible.
The staff was courteous, it would be great if the hotel atleast provides water everyday.

Hotel location are very good and got nice swimming pool. Many Japanese restaurants close to hotel too

Great spot to stay! We attended a Jay's game and it was a easy walk to the stadium and we were able to take in the sights along the way. And we got cookies! Would recommend and would stay here again!

This hotel was super clean and the staff are very nice. Everyone was super helpful and the beds were very comfortable.

Easy check in, lobby was nice, the hotel room was a bit small and needed a little more cleaning. In a great a location. Many restaurants around.

The staff is fantastic! It was a 20 minute walk to scotia bank arena. The towels and the bedding didn’t smell fresh. I’m sure they are clean maybe their laundry machines need to be replaced. Overall we had a comfortable stay.
