I arrived at the hotel late in the evening. The settlement went well, the staff is friendly. The hotel is clean, the room was also clean, except for a few hair in the bathroom, the hotel is located in the city center 2 km from Union Station. The room was cozy, towels, bathrobe, iron, safe, refrigerator, view from the window of the neighboring house and part of the city. The mattress was too soft, maybe someone likes it. Of the cons, this is the air conditioner - it blows directly on the bed where the pillows lie. I asked to reduce the speed, but it was turned off completely, it was good, but by the morning I was frozen 😅 In general, a good hotel and staff. Convenient location, there is a convenience store nearby. I recommend to stay.

Booked a celebration weekend for my sisters graduation and 21st birthday combined. Planned to do some shopping and relax and enjoy the pool.
When we arrived we found the pool was closed, we had not been informed prior or when we checked in. Bathtub plug did not seal so water would drain from the bath whist you were in it.
Coffee machine in room did not work and would switch itself off after you’d filled it.
An expensive trip and thoroughly disappointed
