The bar near the lobby is nice and they have a beautiful bar. The breakfast is not good. They say is included and they only let you have one option from the menu. Luxury is flexibility. Having to pay extra if I want to eat more in a five star hotel feels cheap.

It was a good stay. Highly recommended. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous hotel, great service, great location. Nothing but good things to say about the Regis but we did opt for the 2br 2 bath 1300sq ft suite so pricey but so worth it for family of 5 and looking to splurge a bit and got luck the indoor pool was all to ourselves.

I stayed here for my birthday, The staff gave me an out of service room . So i had to switch rooms . The man at the front desk told me to GO OUTSIDE & GET THE LUGGAGE TROLLEY MYSELF  . On MY BIRTHDAY I carried my luggage from one room to another by myself. Unbelievable. Finally after carrying my cake and suitcases to my new room by myself I settled down in my new room where the fire alarm was beeping the entire night and the entrance  light was broken it was flashing/ blinking as if there was an electrical issue.  Around 1 or 2 in the morning I left my room for a smoke break and when I returned someone from security blocked the entrance saying “you dont have a room here why are you trying to enter “ although I had just passed her to exit . If she had been doing her JOB she would have recognized me ….. I can’t believe this happened on my birthday of all days . I feel what happened was an act of discrimination & I was really upset about it .  Again in the morning I left my room for another smoke break & when I returned to my room the key was not working for my room . I had to go back downstairs to fix that as well …  Overall these issues shouldn’t have happened & My stay was not up to st.regis standard .

The sanitation is extremely poor. When I first checked in, there was a layer of dust everywhere. I asked someone to clean it up, saying that it was off work, and it took me a long time to wait for them to change the sheets. Poor review, I will never come again! Definitely not five star level

The swimming pool and sauna are great. The room is nice. It is located in the center of the city. The restaurant and bar on the 31st floor are very good and the service attitude is very good. Maybe I booked two suites + black diamond. The hotel proactively asked if I would like to delay check-out. I said no, manager Said he would give me orange juice. hehe

The health services in the area are very good. The western restaurant upstairs is delicious and worth a visit!

The room facilities are relatively new, the suite is relatively spacious, and a kettle is provided, which is very considerate!

Quite old, the road downstairs is under construction, very noisy. Service is so-so, with a turn down service. No view, very close to nearby buildings. The room has slippers, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

The front desk service is good, but the room service is almost meaningless. I have to call every day to ask for supplies like cotton swabs. I also found nails cut by the previous guests on the carpet. The swimming pool is good, but the waiters in the swimming pool kept beating and beating during the cleaning process. I don’t know. What means

Overall good, but the road is being repaired on the side

Not worth the price but very good in Toronto
