Great advertising, poor execution. Dirty rooms, full of bugs, unfriendly staff, we even had a lizard in the room. The only good thing is the location.There is a pool, dirty and green, you cant see through the water, no one can use it. The room's are not clean at all

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!! The first day we arrived at this hotel, the manager took us in the room where he saw the cracked mirror on the wall, and the last day when we were supposed to leave, they wanted to set us up to pay for the mirror that was broken when we arrived!!! They called our agency and tried calling us countless times and after that they went in every single hotel in Toroni to look for us, can you imagine?! 13 YEARS IN TORONI, FIRST TIME IN BLUE SEA AND WE HAD A HORROR!!! Not to mention about the terrible food, my husband got poisoning, no one was cleaning the room (one time in 7 days). Under the bed was a mess, pills, slippers and dust forgotten... DO NOT BOOK!!!

The hotel is very bad and not organized, also there is one manager who is very unprofessional and not supportive. Also, in the rooms there is no Wi-Fi. The food is very bad quality. And the most important is that the hygiene is the worst also there is very bad smell in the room which is coming from the toilet.

Nice modest building, near the sea. But the restaurant seems to be an old canteen. First of all it is too small for so many people, only onre coffee machine, then the food is the same every day.... just a few dishes in the evening, no deserts (except ice cream and sometimes melon).

We stayed 8 days on Half-Board and had very pleasant Holiday. Everithing was beyond expected. First our room was promoted to a suit with partial see view (thanks to hotel manager and our turist agency. Much appretiated). Frequent room cleaning service. Excellent food and service with mediteranean stile and home-made feal. Pool nice and clean and with house rules (also much appretiated). Beach just accross the street. Sun beds and sun-screens available with drink consumation fee (from the beach bar). Toroni beach and see perfect for family holiday. Defenatly recommended and surrely will visit again.

First I would like to mention that we stayed in the Villa. Even if i requested photos from inside, I did not receive more than it is on the website, so my review is to show you the villa. I am very disappointed with the cleaning services, the cleaning was made, every 3 days and the towels were changed only once, during our stay of 8 nights. The mosquito nets were all broken, so we were bitten by mosquitos. In the villa there are: one bedroom with sea view and double bed - the ONLY, one bedroom with bunk beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds (not like on the website were it says that there is a double bed) and the living room with a couch for 1 person. at the restaurant there are only a few dishes and they don't look great. this is applicable for both dinner and breakfast.

4 days and conting without hot water in room with child 1,,5 years old. Managers are running away as soon they see us, for our complains all staff just saying "sorry" and that's it. Rooms are terrible, nobody is cleaning the room and changing the sheets! As a father of young child I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all!!! This is not a hotel it's more like basement that smell really badly!!!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. Please avoid it if you wish to have a pleasent vacation. Rooms are terrible, cleaning ladies came once in 10 days to leave clean towels. You have to take out the tresh yourself. There is mold on the ceiling, furnature is old and worn out, plus mosquitos are everywhere.

Entire place smells like sewer. Hotel staff is unfrendly. At the restaurant there are not enough tables so you'll need to hunt and fight for a table to seat on. Overal conclusion is to avoid this hotel.
